Trust me, if I could give this company zero stars, it wouldn't even come close to what it truly deserves. We were involved in an Auto Accident that was not our fault at all. Reluctantly, we were forced to purchase their so-called "full coverage" insurance, or else they would have sent us back to the airport to find another rental company. Can you believe that? After enduring 50 agonizing days of waiting, they finally decided to pay me a measly 50% of what they actually owe me. As if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to approve my family and me to go to a private hospital for surgery, promising full reimbursement in the end. But guess what? It took a whopping 100 phone calls and approximately 150 emails just to get paid. I had to constantly follow up, follow up, and follow up again. This company clearly has no sense of integrity whatsoever. And to make matters worse, I strongly suspect that they had us under surveillance. Whenever we dared to ask them questions they didn't like, they would instantly resort to threatening us with taking us back to the airport. Well, let me tell you, within this week, I am going to create a social media campaign account specifically for people who have had negative experiences with this abhorrent company. Maybe, just maybe, we can all sign a petition for a class action lawsuit to teach them a lesson they won't forget. I will also start a campaign on Travelocity, and all of the travel agency website, letting them know exactly what happened and how they behave.
