They have a discount system based on how long the items have been there, so if you shop on the first day of the month you might get some steals. We happened to be in on the last day of the month near closing time, and negotiated successfully for the lower price the item would have been marked down to the next morning. They can also arrange delivery. The guys who delivered our piece were very polite and careful. It was all around a great experience. I would go there again next time I'm furniture shopping.

Much of the furniture you'll find there is very high end and often quite unique. But even the high end consigned furniture is offered for MUCH less than you'd pay in a regular, fine furniture store for the quality. Even if you do not find what you're looking for, shopping at Interiors By Consign in Huntsville is always an enjoyable adventure. I love to take friends there who have never been to the store and they generally become repeat customers like me. This happens because of the amazing furniture and artwork sold there and because of the lovely people who work there such as Jesse and Pam. She set my delivery up for a minimal fee and the delivery was made on time as promised. This store is open Thursday thru Saturday. They sell excellent made furniture and much of it is made here in the USA. They have a loyal fan base, do not advertise and the prices on the furniture are about as low as they are going to be. There is no wheeling or dealing to get 10-15% off the listed price as the owner sets the lowest price to begin with. Due to COVID, there are signs thru the store about furniture not being able to be returned. You can't miss the signs. Pre-COVID the signs weren't up. When I purchased my fans, it never occurred to me to ask if they would reverse. So when I tried to…read morereverse them when cooler weather hit, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. The instructions pamphlet said there was a switch on the wall outlet but I couldn't find it. So I stopped by Inline to ask their advice. I figured I could probably order a remote or something. Beth Swann (the Regional Showroom Sales Manager) just happened to be in the Athens store that day and so she contacted the company that made the fans. She was told that there was a button on the motor so she arranged for an electrician to come check it out. Surprisingly, he couldn't find a switch at all. And even if there had been one, there was no way for me to access the fan in the great room. The ceiling there is 20' high. Now at this point, it would have been easy for Inline to say, "Sorry. Buyer beware!" but they didn't. My two fans would have to be replaced. Beth sent several suggestions of other fans that were similar. And without hesitation and during the busy Christmas holiday, Beth ordered the replacement fans. She arranged for removal of my existing fans and installation of the new ones. This was no easy feat. The ladder required in the great room has to come on a special truck and just getting that huge thing in the house was not easy or inexpensive. Inline absorbed the cost of all that. They did everything possible to make a bad situation better. I am very pleased with my new fans and want everyone to know how hard InIine worked to make that happen. Finally once Inline was aware of the issue they came the next day with the glass cups and installed them quickly. I see their trucks and billboards all over so they must be a pretty popular light fixture business.
