The instructors are so friendly, helpful, and will keep you entertained all night with their jokes and banter lol The parking lot has plenty of parking and there's a great pizza spot next door if you want to grab a bite or beverage there before your event or during the event's break times. I simply emailed the place and the owner texted me back to book the class. The location is very convenient. There was plenty of parking when we arrived for our 8pm class. The layout was simple. Very spacious. The walls were decorated with different paintings from previous classes. During the painting event, the instructor gave clear instructions throughout. The reason for one less star was because of the music choice. She did inform us that she had her son's playlist playing. It was rap music with curse words and songs about sex. It was awkward. Some of us had some giggles when we heard crazy lyrics. Better music choice would improve the overall atmosphere. Other than that, my partner and I had a good time.

There was only one person working (our "designated party host") who also was attending to multiple other painting customers and others who wanted smoothies made. She was overworked and overwhelmed. Another mother and I wound up helping the girls in the party with their slime, going so far as to grab the materials needed, hand them out, and help mix and give directions. There were other customers who even arrived, waited at the front door for 5 minutes and then turned around and left due to no one being able to acknowledge them. Our party host did the best she could given the constraints. We've been to many other birthday parties here before and we did not have the same great experience hosting ours. I received an email a few days after the party asking for my feedback, which I filled out honestly. Never heard anything back. ‍ We will return to paint some pottery, but won't ever have a birthday party here.

The atmosphere and decor was amazing. It was so cute!Luis the head painter and our host was incredible. I thought we were going to maybe be tracing the image onto the canvas (as I have done that in previous paint studios) and we did not. We did everything free hand and he was an excellent teacher and was very helpful. There were several times where I thought I had ruined my painting and he helped me fix little mistakes which just added character and made it unique. IN 1 LINE: A night of artistic learning and fun!…read more VENUE: The first thing I noticed was how big this art studio is, which allows for more than one class to run at the same time. My class was held in the back studio which made it feel like a private party. It even had an area with ice and glasses (wine and beer glasses) and a counter top to set up the desserts we brought.  *My family and friends were there to celebrate my birthday, and my mother said that all of the staff were very accommodating in hiding my ice-cream cake. :) Our instructor also gave many breaks and opportunities to eat and celebrate. I really enjoyed the music that played during the class too which created a casual and relaxing night. TEACHER: We loved our art instructor, Justine, who has the patience of a saint! She made the class fun and reassured all of us that we would all be able to complete the selected painting of the night. She was encouraging and lended her gentle guidance and expertise. We never once felt rushed, as each of us took our time to paint. She led us step by step, teaching techniques along the way. Thank you for a great night!

You really don't need to come with anyone to have a good time here. Trust me. We booked a 3 p.m. session online, and it was a 10/10 experience. Our instructor, Dalton, was full of energy, super friendly, funny and explained everything perfectly, making the painting process enjoyable! He also played music throughout the class, and his playlist was a hit! It really set the mood and made the experience even more fun. One of the best parts? You can bring your own food, drinks, and even wine! They provide wine glasses, plates, and cups for convenience, and if you forget something to drink, they sell sodas in the back. Plus, there's a store directly across the street where you can purchase a bottle of wine if that's your thing. The class lasted a little over two hours, giving us plenty of time to enjoy and create. Parking on a Sunday was easy with plenty of street parking, but I can see it getting busier during peak hours. Overall, Pinot's Palette is more than just a painting class--it's a whole experience! Even if you think you can't paint or draw, trust me, you can. Just go for it!

They had an ice bucket to chill our drinks and a table in the back reserved for us to put any extra alcohol or snacks that we brought. They also provided us wine glasses to drink out of which was so convenient! I really liked that the host had a microphone attached to her and the volume was loud enough to hear her over the chatter from birthday festivities and other group conversations. Instructions were easy to follow along to, and it was a great birthday overall! Highly recommend!
