Had a consult with Dr Wilson for deviated septum, she had me immediately go in for a full hearing test inside a booth saying that I can have hearing problems due to tiftunnitis I have had all my life (never an issue) and not what I'm there for, then charged me as an an outpatient procedure. Ask a lot of questions before going here, per dawn the biller, I should have known better and said no to the doctor. Rude staff, they have no hesitation talking about patients in front of other patients. unauthorized billing to insurance, billed as an outpatient procedure! we will be reporting.

I've met with this Dr a few times this year. For my next to last appt, I had to wait 45 minutes…read more(after my scheduled appointment time), because she arrived late to the office. There was no apology. Also, no one in the office let me know what was going on. So I had to wait in a small exam room until she finally arrived. Then for my last appointment, after waiting 15 -20 minutes, I asked the staff if the Dr was in the office. They informed she had not arrived yet. So I told them I was not going to wait like I did last time......and I left. Needless to say I'm going to see another Dr..... P.S. It was funny that there is a big notice on the receptionist wall saying there will be a $50 charge if you don't show up for an appointment without at least a 48-hour notice. This is hilarious.
