I enjoyed the store. Wish there was more kids clothes. I loved the prices and the staff was very efficient.

Is this store closing? They used to be full of racks of clothing & lots of shoes & now there is lots of empty space & empty shelves.

Can I buy a gift card, from Metro Shoes, online?

No, I am so sorry at this time our website does not support this feature. We are hoping to upgrade early 2020 so this is no longer an issue.

This store was great! They had a great selection of pretty much every item for good value. Last year, I got some running shoes for a very good deal. They ended up being great running shoes too! The service here was really good. All of the employees here were very nice and helpful. The inside was very clean. It was also pretty cool. There was a fish tank and a Ferris Wheel. Overall, great store and I highly recommend it!

I've now lived in CA for almost 8 years and am soooo sad this chain hasn't moved this far west after all this time! I've found nothing like it out here at all. I'm a HUGE thrifter and NBC definitely isn't near as cheap as thrift stores, BUT thrift stores rarely have clothes with store tags on them whereas most of NBC's stuff does have those tags. My sister and I have called NBC the "no holes, no stains" store for years and years because you really have to be careful here with stuff since a lot of it has one or both of those things wrong haha. I haven't been to this location in 4 years or so until last week. In that amount of time, I'll say their prices have certainly gone up, but what place hasn't raised their prices. At this location, note all the super sales are in the wing off to the right of the front door. On the main floor, the sale stuff will be along the walls mostly. You can spend hours in the super sale wing, but be careful for flaws in that section - check for working zippers, missing buttons, rips, holes, stains, and whack issues with stitching (like an arm being stitched closed lol). They do have a decent amount of kids stuff in the back, but that section is an absolute hot mess, especially looking for littler kid stuff (under 6x) like I was. My biggest splurge and best find ever at this store was during my last visit - a $450 All Saints lamb skin leather jacket in my size with store tags still on it for $65! It was a grey tag marked at $112 and that color was 40% off. I couldn't believe what a find this one was! There was only a slight imperfection on the leather that I could see, a tiny line of discoloration, maybe a like a slight scratch that didn't break the leather, but left a small mark. Literally no one will notice, so totally worth it!

You could get lucky finding a few things on clearance or maybe be lucky to hit one of their sales -which is a lucky day. I'm actually a jeans and fancy western shirt and belt buckle gal... but if some Tony Lamas are priced right, I may shop for those too. I miss Drysdales certainly. I miss a lot of neat cowboy stores in Tulsa. But if y'all are easy to please and don't mind browsing elsewhere, those farm and ranch stores are good for clothing goods too.... Wranglers for the ladies aren't no $70+bucks at those stores!.... You pay for where you're at ... not just the brand you are buying. That is an option. No one helped my daughter and I while we browsed... had to tell that to the gal at the register. They do honor emergency responders/military/police discounts ... so be sure to tell them at checkout. The prices are in fact high here... but I guess in the now, you have to pay more to look like a top shelf rodeo trophy. It's worth it if you spend your money right and wear out your threads!!

Today, I go in to switch on size and style on two pairs of jeans that didn't quite fit my husband right. Nobody was at the front to greet nor offer assistance so I walked to the back to switch my sizes. After all I had my receipt and and jeans were in bag from yesterday. Some older lady walks up to me as if I was stealing the jeans asking if I needed assistance. Might I add she just stared at me quizzically as if I was up to no good. Then after I explained what I was doing she was adamant to take my purchase from yesterday ad put it up at the front. I let her take it bc as mentioned I was swapping out items not robbing the place! Then I go to the front to run in to her and another employee discussing something about me and my purchase. The cashier was rude and short and not only did I swap out jeans I added to this stores revenue by purchasing additional items my husband needed! Never have I been treated like a second class citizen! I will not be returning to this location! I would give this location zero stars if I could.
