The first time his home health care worker took him they said he couldn't get in unless he could go down the stairs so he had to come home which discouraged him. I spoke to the director who assured me again that they had brand new lift to use and the employee didn't know what they are talking about. So I finally got my dad to agree to go a week or 2 later. They showed me what I'd need to do to use the lift which is fine. My dad just was not comfortable at all in the water. I had already paid $104 for the sign up and monthly fee. I called them to cancel on 8/31 and received no answer. I called again on 9/1 which they were closed. Finally talked to them on 9/2 telling them to cancel and that I had been calling. They told me to cancel online and I did immediately. I called again to ensure I DID NOT get charged yet again. The gentleman told me he saw the cancellation request and would follow up on it and ensure it was done. Just saw my CC statement and I was charged on 9/8/25 for some strange reason which prompted me to look at my dads account and his acct is Still active. So to recap, $154 so far for one successful visit and they will try to charge again on 10/1/25 since he is still active. I DEFINITELY would not recommend this place.

I was able to take the spin class, the YFit class, and the spin/Trx class and had a great time in all of them. The childcare is pretty great with slides for the older kids. My children looked forward to going every morning. We also got to check out the indoor pool area which was so much fun for my kids. Note that you do need to get a swim test for the kids if they want to go on the larger slides. Fun times had by all, we love the Y!

I can lift up to 190 each time I did a squat the machine shakes as if, it is about to tip or fall over. The fact that they ask to keep your keys or wallet to obtain or rent a barbell cushion is beyond me. I don't know the staff why would I give any of my personal belongings to you?

The building is new and set up really well for Crossfit classes. The outside turf area is a great addition to the interior space. They also offer childcare during some of the workout times, which is a great help for those with little ones. I have not tried the Bootcamp program or Yoga classes that Rebar Performance offers yet, but they both also seem to have their avid followers.

THIS IS A SCAMMMMM When I signed up, I was given only a very vague verbal explanation of the membership terms and cancellation policy. I was never clearly shown the full contract before my card was charged, and I do not remember signing or being walked through any paperwork that explained the commitment they later claimed I agreed to. Shortly after joining, my dad passed away. During that difficult time, I called to cancel my membership. I explained my situation and was told my card would be removed from my account and that everything would be taken care of. Based on what I was told, I believed my membership had been canceled. Instead, they continued charging my card. They have now taken $219 from me. Because I believed my membership had already been canceled, I missed two months of payments, and now they are demanding another $70 just to freeze my account. When I questioned everything, they claimed I had signed an agreement. However, I was never clearly shown the terms or given a proper explanation of the cancellation policy before being charged. I tried to resolve this privately by phone, but they refused to work with me or offer a fair solution. In my opinion, this has been one of the most misleading experiences I've had with a business. Please don't rely only on verbal explanations. Read every document carefully before providing your payment information, and make sure you fully understand the membership and cancellation policies. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE DOCUMENTS TOO BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PRINTED OUT THERE ARE ON THE SCREEN INSTRUCTORS USE I am requesting that my membership be canceled, the $70 freeze fee be removed, and that the $219 taken from my account be refunded.

I traveled to WP CrossFit aka Warehouse Performance, traveling through to Birmingham. Not on a…read morerecommendation but because it was close to my hotel in Montgomery. It's definitely not just a CrossFit gym but rather a total performance facility. I really liked the atmosphere of baseball workouts in cages on one side, volleyball on another and a coach running some football drills on another end. Casey was our 6:15 pm trainer and he not only was attentive but very motivating. Not overly enthusiastic or extreme, but encouraging the entire WOD. I will give a solid 4 star as a CrossFit facility.
