His crew was highly professional. Kris came out and inspected the job. He found flaws that I never would have seen. He had every flaw redone. There was another inspection before the job was complete. I needed a full repaint of the exterior of my home along with all windows and my house is quite large. I also needed any and all rotted wood to be removed and replaced, and I had a lot of it as well. Kris has a welcoming demeanor, appeared very knowledgeable, and exuded confidence that he and his team would be able to complete my job and do it with excellence. Those were the bench marks (along with price of course) that I need when choosing a contractor for a job. The price wasn't cheap but it was definitely fair. Kris's crew came out and did a fantastic job with both the wood repairs as well as the the paint job. There was one hiccup with some miscommunication on their part but they apologized and made it right. That takes good customer service and they definitely have it! When it was all said and done, my house looks like an entirely new home. My family and I are very happy with the final result - It looks amazing!
