After a multitude of complaints to Sinai Hospital about a special order helmet for a patient who had brain surgery, we still do not have the helmet 5 days later. The last thing we were told on Monday was that it was being overnighted and was to arrive at 2p.m . When we called at 3:00 p.m was told it hadn't been received. That was a lie! When I called back , I was told it was out for delivery. 7:09 p.m STILL Not Here!!!!! Lies, lies lies. I recommend that the hospital should reevaluate their outside contractors and be more concerned about their patients.

With their game plan of exercises, cold and heat therapy and dry needling my shoulder pain is decreasing. I only go twice a week and with the take home stretches/exercises I am improving. I had hurt what I thought was my shoulder, but Greg Lemoine investigated and found that I had…read moredamaged my neck. Greg developed a solid treatment plan in which I felt benefits after just the first visit, and a little better after each session. Greg's staff is top notch as well. For the eight plus weeks I attended PT, twice a week, I worked primarily with the PT tech Nikole who was always cheerful and friendly without fail while guiding me through my therapy sessions. She made the mundane sessions so much easier to endure with her upbeat spirit. I worked with Christian on a few occasions, and he was just as professional and friendly as Greg. It's a great Doctor and team here, I highly recommend.
