Even the kids gave us great feedback There are many that provide this service so why use Smiles and Beyond? - We were lucky to reach out to them last minute and they were able to come out to our party. So flexibility - across all aspects. - Pricing is very fair. The service alone was above and beyond from our experience. -- Most importantly - they went above and beyond. We had a projector and some speakers (not that great). Leo asked me if we wanted him to hook up his speaker and projector. I said no it'll do not wanting to bother. He said no, it has to be perfect and so we switched to Leo's speaker and video adapter. So glad we did! (My husband got sick last year and we had to cancel our wedding so this was a way to celebrate our union with family and friends). Leo could have stayed at the booth doing what we hired him for, instead he saw me struggling a little and offered to help. Ella and Leo even came looking for me at the end of the party before packing up just to see if there was anyone else I wanted to take a picture with - knowing I did not get to take many pictures at all while entertaining our guests. So although many will provide a service ... very few actually put people first - and Leo and Ella did just that. From our very first contact - their attention to detail and especially the caring human touch was truly impeccable. With the rain and another party to go to - they did not run out the door when the clock hit 4. Instead Leo and Ella made sure our guests and I were happy - me especially :) Would use them again and if you're shopping around - at least meet with Leo and Ella. The only thing you have to lose is possibly a vendor that cares more about your needs than the paycheck at the end of the party. And I genuinely mean that.

For my party I used the cards while at the anniversary party they had strips. Both were nice keepsakes, but the strips gave you that classic Photobooth vibe. I had the open air Photobooth with just the background and props and it was perfect for my budget and space! The anniversary party went with the black full tent and it was BEAUTIFUL! I'd definitely opt for that at my next event if the space permits. Everyone got two copies of their photo strips or cards - one to keep and the other to put in my memory book along with a message. I didn't even think to have a guest book at my party and this was the perfect substitution! They offer photo strips, with event "logo" and date, in both print and digital versions. 3. They offer animated GIF downloads of each session/strip. I've experienced my fair share of photo booths at various events over the past 10+ years and I'm not sure I've encountered a photo booth company that offers all of the above download options like Minibooths does. I love sharing photos on social media and I appreciate how comprehensive Minibooths is in providing their customers/guests images in different formats. As far as the photo booth experience itself, it's pretty much the same as photo booths by other companies. Minibooths had all the typical props such as funny headwear and goofy glasses. There was nothing too memorable or out of the ordinary. I remember masks for Captain America and Iron Man, Thor's hammer, a colorful plush hot dog, and a cartoony shark hat that looks like the shark is eating you when you put it on. The backdrop was physical as opposed to digital (green screen). Four photos were taken per session/strip. The photo booth had an attendant and everything was controlled by the attendant (so no push-button-start, remote control, or anything like that). There were no options to enter our email address or phone number to receive pictures. We had to rely on the bride, who booked Minibooths, to provide us with a link and password to access the photo booth gallery on Minibooths's SmugMug site. Photos were available in a matter of days. The attendant was nice and the quality of the photos was great.

There is a countdown on the screen and then it takes 4 photos, each with their own countdown. Get out of the booth, move to the side, wait a few seconds and out come the prints.
