My mom was registered as the 7th patient with 21 mins wait time, implying 10:39. 10:11: The wait time suddenly dropped to 12 mins, implying 10:23. 10:22: The wait time is now 11 mins. It means you can't really rely on the wait time. 10:27: The wait time is now 1 min. This time it was accurate. The customer service was ok. There is a Dynacare Plus app. For $9.99/yr, you can get your results fast and order tests online. There is free WiFi. The lab is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. This is just come out of the blue - I had absolutely no idea or expectation I ever owed them money the last 5 months. Each time I get a delivery for medication, I always ask them the amount in advance and I prepare a cheque which the delivery person picks up when they drop off the medication. This has been the system for many YEARS. All of a sudden, they threaten me with legal action if I don't pay, when I always, always, always pay them on delivery. I don't care if the cheque was lost by the delivery driver or whatever. I don't appreciate being told that I never paid when I clearly did (and no, the cheque didn't bounce - there has always been lots of money in this account). I also have the amount logged that I wrote a cheque back in November so they screwed up - it wasn't me. I will never deal with this pharmacy again. I have ZERO tolerance for incompetence these days, especially when people try to pin the problem on me when it was their own incompetence that caused the problem in the first place. I am so sick and tired of people trying to blame me for their own lack of integrity, their own incompetence, their own lack of productivity, etc. If they want to claim they never received a cheque in November, they should have told me then, not 5-6 months later. And god forbid I actually paid them twice today. Never again.

I've been coming to this place since 2012. There are several doctors and nurses at this centre…read more Usually the nurse sees you first before the doctor, to take history or take vitals. The nurse can also give you vaccinations. They are linked to St. Michael's Hospital. If you have to visit the hospital, the clinic automatically gets results over their computer system. This is a family unit clinic, where your file is shared between the doctor's at the clinic, so any of them can see you under an emergency situation and your doctor is not available. There is a bloodwork clinic in there too. There are social workers covered by OHIP to help you with things like stress. There are dietitians civered by OHIP to help you with nutrition. They also run drop-in clinics after-hours. There is a TV in their waiting room. Starting late 2018, they started allowing email communications. As of Mar 2019, they have expanded into what was Appletree Medical Centre providing them with more rooms for the non-doctor offices. Sometime around 2024, you can book a non-urgent appointment with your doctor, but expect to be booked 3-5 weeks in the future. I've been through ups and downs with this clinic. The family doctor (Dr. Lee Schofield) I had since 2012 started getting worse in customer service after 2018. It got to the point where he was very late and then didn't even show up for appointments! He eventually left the clinic. With bad news came good news. All his patients got transfered to a new doctor, Dr. Margaret Hess. She is beyond excellent! She even won awards during her residency. She will even call you during the weekend to discuss results with you! After the pandemic, when you called, you usually have to wait over 1 hour to speak with someone. Around 2024, the wait time reduced to 5-10 mins. There is a way for a doctor to request info from you over a secure communications channel. There is free WiFi. The clinic is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom which is also wheelchair accessible. There is paid and free neighbourhood street parking. Review 2025-147

Dr. Barb Smith is the doctor at this establishment. I've been coming here on and off for over 8 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with their services. The office is open concept and the atmosphere natural and friendly. Leslie is usually the attendant you meet upon arrival and she's a real treat as well. Dr. Barb will tailor the service to your specific needs. For instance, I prefer not to have manual neck manipulations, so she uses activator only in that area. Dr. Barb also monitors my knees and ankles for wear & tear from my active joint-cracking lifestyle. I arrived at my session a little bit early and from a first glance, the clinic was clean and bright. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me promptly. Dan met with me to discuss what my goals are, asked me to stand straight, do a few basic exercises like squatting down, balancing on each leg and touching my toes. He then examined my posture, and we came to an agreement that I wouldn't need more sessions beyond 2. He was happy to show me the homework exercises in their mini gym and correct/modify anything you may be doing incorrectly. Dan was so eager to send me my homework that I received it in my inbox 5 minutes after leaving the building. He is an absolute gem in the neighbourhood.
