Service department is top-notch. Brian always treats us great (not that we have to go in very often). They loose some stars for our sales experience when we bought our vehicle. Our sales person flat our lied about several things in regards to the vehicles accessories and service. This review is in regards to the Sales department. I have heard good things about the service side so hope to post a positive review about that in the future after my first visit. I found the sales department to be rude and pushy. They seemed to be trying to intimidate me into making a purchase; there is only ONE of the vehicle you want left in all of Atlantic Canada! (etc etc). When attempting to negotiate, the sales staff were rude and insulting and told me to go to another dealer if I thought I could get a better deal.... So I did. I bought a 2009 Lancer a few years ago, and the Business Manager insulted me under his breath when I turned down undercoating (said I wasn't very smart). Sales staff was overly pushy and the car was sexy looking, but cheaply built and felt like a tin can. Later, the car failed twice and service was polite but terrible. Wow. I can say of the car dealerships I've been to, this is by far the worst. I start by saying I haven't brought my license so I won't be driving a car out of here today and that if I was interested in doing so, he'd get the sale. So I wait for a full hour while they check my credit, the guy apologizes repeatingly for how long it's taken. He says they will call me later. I go back over later after they presumably close, turns out they hang around a little late and have no issue appearing out of no where. So I go talk to the person and he takes me inside to fill out a credit check. So what the fuck were you doing when you wasted that hour? Losing a lot of business, thats what. We have purchased three RVR's at Metro Mitsubishi the sales staff is courteous and professional our sales person Dustin showed great knowledge in the manufacturing quality and warranty of Mitsubishi vehicles. Service is great we only needed to have oil changed in vehicles and the regular fluid changes according to manufactures recommendations. definitely would recommend others to purchase vehicles from Dustin at Metro Mitsubishi. If you are serious about purchasing a Mitsubishi RVR GTP ensure you place a deposit we had one sell before we placed a deposit and had to wait for another unit to be ordered and delivered the 2.4 engine and transmission was a noticeable upgrade on 2015 model. read more

Nothing good to say about the sales department after buying a brand new car there but the real reason Im writing this review is because of the service department. Transmission cooler failed. Brought it here. Quoted me $800 for a new cooler plus another $110 for 2 new rubber hoses. Apparently the 2 rubber lines AND the cooler failed simultaneously? Anyway this is standard run of the mill greasiness from a dealership, I won't dwell on that. I express an interest in saving money on parts politely. They tell me they will Not install after market part, I mean my warranty is over so shouldn't matter that much to them but whatever. I buy a gently used OEM cooler on kijiji for a fraction of the price. Contact them, offer up OEM part and even voluntarily agreed to donate $110 to their parts dept via 2 rubber hoses that didn't need replacement but I was polite about it when I called. Still refused to fix my car. It seemed like a snap decision to me. Certainly no business intends to be this uncompromising with a customer whose put over $45 000 of business into their dealership. Certainly no successful business would throw away future sales and service over one marked up cooler. I write a polite email reminding them of the business I've done there and pointing out the obvious: if you make me tow my car off your lot you will never get another cent out of me. I'm ignored. Sent several emails in response to one voicemail they left me inquiring about my car. One low level sales guy tells me hell "look into it" so I know they're getting my emails now. Two days and nothing happens. A very rude young woman calls me after 2 days and, completely ignoring the multiple emails I sent, asks me what's up With my car still being on there lot. She claims to have called and left voicemails 8 times, a flat out lie. I believe they had already concocted that lie because that's the lie they planned to use to falsely justify getting my car impounded. I mean why else would they make up such a lie? What other purpose could that lie serve? They were hoping I'd miss that one phone call so they could knife me in the back for trying to save some money. I explain again and she laughs at me when I ask if they'll reconsider their decision to not fix my car. So just picture Me, for 2 days I'm raising my kids, working my job and living my life. While regularly checking my email to see if the dealership is going to do some work for me or maybe negotiate some concessions. im trying to Give them business and they're not just ignoring me, they are actively fabricating lies to falsely justify getting my car impounded!! Shady Dealership, these guys are thieves and liars, I would never go back or recommend to anyone. We love our vehicle and have no issues with it, but would never purchase again from these crooks or trust Mistubishi again. If I can send out any warning to anyone that if you are to purchase here, please re-read your contract carefully before signing it. They took advantage of us, knowing this was our first new vehicle purchase. We came to an agreement but when it came time to sign they had completely changed the deal and hide it From us, charged us for things we hadn't agreed to . Save your time and money, go somewhere else! I have a 2 year old car that I'm having so many issues with, i have starter problems, an unresponsive stereo unit, and transmission issues. Brought the car in because it was having a hard time going into reverse, they said it wasn't doing it and to roll the car forward to get it into reverse...A couple days ago i got STUCK in a parking spot because the car wouldn't go into reverse and had to wait for the person in front of me to leave. called the dealership so fed up because i am sick of hearing its not doing it. How much free time do they think i have to be bringing it in all the time for them not to be doing anything to it. DO NOT be fooled by the great warranty they offer. You'll never see it! read more

I personally went through their credit "rebuilding program" was told they will let trade in a car in a year and get a new car at a lower rate.. They slammed one car I didn't want down my throat because it was the ''one most likely to hold value" Lied about the kiliometers on the car. PLEASE READ - This is my true experience with SALES This dealership had a Mitsubishi Evo X that I was interested in.... so I talked with one of the salesman and he said the car would cost me a total of 47,000 all said and done... so I gave the dealer my deposit and then they tell me the car will actually be 53,500.... I told them that I wasn't interested in shady business and there was no way I was going to purchase the car for that price... they told me. well that is too bad, and told me I wasn't getting my deposit... this is coming straight from the general manager... I tell you.. SALES is SHADY... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from these guys, me and my 1000$ deposit are asking you to go to another dealer... do NOT give these guys your business.. they like your money, and do not care about you. We purchased my vehicle in May of 2014 from Metro Mitsubishi in Dartmouth. Fast forward to June of 2017, We decided to take my car to Metro Mitsubishi for the inspection and windshield replacement. At the time of inspection which was June 2017 the rear brakes on my car measured at 2.38mm. My rear brakes were not making any noise so I just continued. In May 2018 I received a recall on the emergency brake system and after waiting for parts I finally was able to get an appointment for July 25, 2018 at 9 am. I booked to have fixed the recall, my rear brakes, an oil change and my heat shield as it was rattling. I sent Kirk to drop it off and I was going to pick him up after I dropped Lucas off at daycare. At this point Kirk of course tried to get the back brakes covered under the recall as it had to do with the braking system. They explained that it was at their discretion. The lady at the counter had an issue with Kirk from the previous experience when they tried to apply HST to our deductible. They called around 3 o'clock and said the car was almost ready. Kirk asked about the brakes and the same lady explained that they did not need to be changed because they were at 4mm. We said ok and went to the dealership. We got there and explained that when we had our inspection that they were under 2.5 mm and were wondering how they grew. Kirk was being an asshole, I made him leave for a few moments while I spoke to the lady. I explained that I travel everyday with two young children in that vehicle and just because she does not like Kirk does not mean that this should be happening. She explained that was not the case and she looked up the inspection and seen that they were 2.38mm at that time. Another lady went into the back garage and came out. Then the original lady asked Kirk if he wanted to go have a look at the brakes. There was less than 1mm left on the brakes. There excuse was that the mechanic measured the brakes while the car was in the air with a tool. Meanwhile I was in the service department and another service advisor was explaining to me that they would never let anyone drive away with an unsafe vehicle. I explained that they were either lying at inspection (to get additional work completed) or they are lying now. Well they were going to let me drive away in an unsafe vehicle with my two children inside. I can see why the lady had her back up with Kirk, they had prior dealings and he was an ass. But as soon as I walked in and told her who I was she was very unpleasant with me as well. The brakes were replaced at my expense with not an apology in sight. Kirk spoke with the general manager and he just tried to spin it to that we should have had the brakes done at inspection (mind you it passed inspection) Bottom line is that I asked to have my brakes replaced and they told me I did not need brakes on my vehicle. After some push back from me and when they actually took a look at my brakes it was determined that I did need brakes. It is undetermined as to if the lady was being malicious because she didn't like Kirk or this tool adds 3mm to peoples brakes. Obviously I will never go back and I urge anyone else who would think of buying a vehicle from these people to get your work completed by someone else! read more

Let me first say i created this account just so I could write about this place. What a horrible staff. They lied to my face about the price even though I asked them to confirm the absolute final price of everything included, taxes and add ons on two separate occasions. They confirmed both times but magically on the very last paper I was to sign over $6000 was tacked onto my final price. They wasted my time for 5 hours and we caught the dealer in multiple lies. Once confronted about the price change the dealer became even more unpleasant, yet still had the nerve to tell me I should reconsider and come back tomorrow. The dealer dodged every question I had about warranty. I would repeat my same question multiple times and he would spew on and on about irrelevant things in what I can only assume was a lame attempt to make me forget what we were talking about.
