I had to return to Michigan for a funeral and was looking for two SUVs to transport my family throughout the day. DTW Detroit Airport Car was the first to respond, the least expensive - several hundreds less, and the most communicative through Yelp, text, email or phone. The drivers were great, professional and helped our family in a time of need. Next time I need vehicle transportation while in Michigan, I would contact them first!

We had a bridal party of 26 people and needed bus to accommodate that. The company sent a LIMO instead of a BUS. We couldn't fit everybody and the bridal party was broken up and people had to drive separate. I am not impressed and will never use this company ever. They still charged us the bus price and tried to blame the incident on us. They wouldn't answer the phone that day either and would not return calls at all. Beware. *update* The company reached out but under another account claiming they are the owner and I have added the photo of the conversation. The owner has accused me of not using their company and has asked me to take down my review. This is very unprofessional and the worst customer service.

We felt so safe and comfortable (and I'd note that as two young women this can be hard to come by). This was a major, meticulously scheduled event for us with lots of pick-ups and drop-offs, and Cyrus made it extra special! I am very appreciative of all of the effort and flexiblility. Our day was much easier thanks to him. Consider this my glowing recommendation. We miss you!

He's also picked us up on a holiday before (NYE) which was so appreciated. It's nice to have the peace of mind of having pre-arranged transportation to and from the airport, since ride share (especially since the pandemic) has been less reliable in our area. Cars are clean, spacious, and the rides are quiet (which I personally prefer). The drivers find you in the airport on arrival, and walk you to the car, often even helping with bags (which is above and beyond), as opposed to leaving you to figure out where to go. We did have a hiccup once with a booking, but the response and customer service was good for resolving. Otherwise, service is reliable, on time, and pretty seamless.
