What started as a project to redo our existing flagstone turned into quite a bit more as we went along, and Pete was wonderful about accommodating everything we decided to add. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work that was done, and we always felt like we were getting great value. Pete truly gave us five-star treatment throughout the entire process. He spent time during the week sourcing plants and materials for the project, then showed up on the weekends with a full crew ready to get everything done. He even took us along to pick out plants so we could choose exactly what we wanted and make sure everything came together the way we envisioned it. That level of personal attention really stood out to us. We were also incredibly impressed by how quickly and efficiently his crew worked. Looking at the scope of the project, we honestly thought it would take weeks- and somehow they knocked it out in just a few days! They worked incredibly hard, and the results speak for themselves. Our backyard went from an unfinished, uneven space to somewhere we genuinely want to spend time. The flagstone looks beautiful, the landscaping feels intentional and inviting, and at night with the lights on, the whole backyard has such a warm, cozy atmosphere. We absolutely love it! Pete was a pleasure to work with, attentive, reasonably priced, and incredibly accommodating- even as we kept adding things along the way. He and his crew delivered exactly what we were hoping for and then some. We would absolutely use Landmark Landscape Corp. again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pete and his team. Five stars all around!

We really had no firm ideas of our own regarding how to develop the backyard, but Brandon came out and gave us some really fantastic design options. After consulting with other businesses, we decided to go with Dream Green Landscape. After we explain to Brandon exactly how we would like to use the backyard, he came up with a perfect configuration that combined pebble, concrete, and succulent plants. Brandon sent us all of the potential plants we could use, but we ultimately trusted his creative vision and allowed him full reign to pick whatever he thought would look best. Brandon has an impressive crew that came out and did the work alongside Brandon. They laid irrigation, put in the plants, the ground cover, and the concrete. The final product is amazing. We love our backyard, and with Brandon's efforts, it has been transformed into a wonderful serene environment that we enjoy spending time in. Brandon warranties all plants for 6 months, and when a few plants didn't look particularly healthy, he came out and replaced all four of them no questions asked. I've hired plenty of contractors in my day, but the real test of customer service is how well they treat you after you've parted with your money. Brandon was just as responsive and customer service oriented in replacing these plants as he was in getting our business in the first place. Several of my neighbors who are considering similar projects have viewed and loved the work Brandon did in our backyard. They are currently working with Brandon on their own projects. We've been so pleased we're considering now removing the grass in our front yard and having Brandon put together a design to replace our front grass with drought resistant landscaping. I can't recommend this company enough. Brandon is a true pro and a credit to his craft.

Working with Joseph was seamless--he was extremely organized and communicative throughout the whole process. He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through. His invoice was also the most detailed quote we got, which gave us a lot of confidence that the details would be handled when we got through When we changed our minds on a couple of details mid-project, he handled it easily. The crew was punctual, careful around the existing trees and hardscape, and swept up at the end of every day. Fair price, clean work, and genuinely good people to deal with. After the job was completed in three separate areas of our front and backyard, we came home to a flood in the backyard. His guy returned to tighten it and said if this happens again, they will replace it. Well, the second time I went to use it it's against spewing water out today. He came back to tighten it again and refused to replace the gasket or anything. I will just have to call somebody else for repair. The third area that he worked on he put a new valve and our timer is not working to it. It looks like the wires were cut. I had to hire somebody else to repair that area. Basically every single area that he worked on either wasn't done right in the first place or I had call another company out to repair their work. Today when I called him on the phone to go over everything he was irate, cussing, and beyond furious and could not talk professionally.
