She told me she would have Ethan Grider call me that she could definitely help with what I needed sooner rather than later is what she said. today's went by didn't hear anything call back to try to get in touch with Ethan spoke with Sydney again. She said that she would get in touch with him and have them call me back. Told her how important it was that I needed to get this done couple hours later she called me back and let me know that they don't work with just residential homeowners. They only work with LLCs, which I find shocking that no one knew that when I walked in the door and put my project on hold for two days waiting to hear back don't know how people stay in business

It's hilarious to see so many of the five star reviews on Google. FYI, these are being posted by…read morecurrent or former employees of the company, mostly the people who work in the office. This place is an absolute nightmare, and that's putting it mildly. They deserve negative stars. They 100% DON'T give any notice if there need to be cancellations or changes in the schedule. They switch caregivers on you constantly as well as times and days. They don't care about your medical needs or accommodations required, and the caregivers themselves are poorly informed. I had multiple caregivers in my time with them and experienced verbal, emotional, and se***l abuse at the hands of these caregivers. Two of them also stole from me. A+ rehires these people, by the way. One of the caregivers who stole left the company, and then several months later returned and was hired back no problem. When I brought up the repeated issues, I was first told that "this stuff happens" and then threatened more than once with being dropped as a client if I didn't stop bringing up ABUSE, and finally one of the office staff called me and initiated a screaming tirade, refusing to let me respond. When I told her I would not continue the call unless she stopped screaming at me, she slammed the phone onto the floor (it was very loud). To add, they did end up dropping me as a client. They tried to paint me as some problem, but come on...in any case, GOOD RIDDANCE! The entire company needs to be gutted of these toxic employees and repeat offenders. Think twice if you were considering them for "care". That's not what these people actually give you.

Just got off the phone w/ Keila Edde, my aunt's case manager. We receive care through Choices Blue…read moreCare. After 3 /7 missed shifts last week, I got a cancel for not only for tonight, but also tomorrow, Sunday and Monday. She said they didn't have enough caregivers and ours quit (last week). When asked what the backup plan was, she said "I worked 50 hours this week, I'm not coming to YOUR house to take care of YOUR family." (even though that's literally the company's job). It was disrespectful and showed me what this company really feels about its clients and its commitments to caregiving. As a medical professional, I certainly plan to spread the word. The unprofessionalism of the responses here on this page was borne out in my interactions with this case manager. I depended on them and made my clinic schedules based on their care commitments. 3 hours notice and on a holiday weekend is not adequate. I don't have the resources to find back up care. That's literally what this company was hired for and couldn't deliver. Because of the rudeness and disdain of my aunt's case manager, I would give less than one star if I could. If others have had similar issues, or there are whistleblower former employees, please contact me...I plan to purse this neglectful behaviour further. I have reported with copies of communications and the phone call transcript to the Long Term Care Ombudsman, Tn Dept of Health and my friend who works for APS. How many others they are contacted with don't have care this holiday weekend? The necessity of Medical care does not pause for holidays or staff shortages. That's what supervisors, managers, case workers and company owners are for. I also know from a whistle blower that they contacted for hours and services that they did not have staff to cover. The excuses about staff that quit and are on vacation from the case manager were less than truthful. A shame too, because we really liked the caregiver who did come on T and Th... If this is how they respond to complaints about literally not providing the medical services they contacted for, not once but 6 times in a week and a half, I can't imagine how they'd respond to something even more serious. This is not MEDICAL staffing. Medical professionals take their care charges far more seriously. This is day care at best.
