As a patient who was there for two hours, three times a week for the past three months, I NEVER saw Jeff conducting himself in an intimidating, aggressive or disrespectful fashion. He is very confident because he is the most experienced in town and he jokes around to create a fun loving atmosphere. This may come across as intimidating to some but I was comforted with his experience and confidence and the environment he fosters there is very caring and fun loving.
