Now let's get to the store itself. If I was the manager of that store I would buy a couple of standing fans. I mean Walmart is right across the street for goodness sake. What happened to common sense? Retail is hard enough for staff but to allow them to sweat like that is unconscionable. The manager simply must address this. That aside, I've been doing business there since I moved from CA and they are always five star. T Mobile is lucky to have the staff they have in place.

We Have 12 Phones and 4 main Lines we needed them to forward those numbers to a different number. They said that MITEL was the ones who needed to do that. We reached to MITEL , MITEL support says that one comm is the ones who are responsible for that change. I've spent 3 Days back and forth with both company's refusing to help forward the numbers. Not Sure what rules they are breaking but its smells like a lawsuit. Desired Settlement: Refund Desired Outcome Description: I think this company needs to shut down.

Although our phone was not repairable, he was able to give us some good suggestions and tell us about a promotion going on. They are the only T-Mobile store in the area that have service people on site which makes things more convenient. All of the employees there the day we went seemed super friendly and helpful.
