    I would give this store and representative (Josh) and manager (Cindy) ZERO stars if possible. I…read morewent in last night to purchase and add 2 lines and Josh assisted me. Every question I had about anything his answer was call 611. When it came time to complete setup for tablet he didn't know how to insert a SIM properly and tried for 20min before asking me to do it (at which point I made clear I didn't know how). I inserted SIM wrong so when we removed tray the SIM was at end where tray goes. This guy proceeds to sit in the floor and use sim tool digging around in tablet until the SIM was no longer visible. His resolution was that I would have to buy another SIM. These issues continued until I requested he call someone for help and he never contacted support, only his "manager" who didn't answer phone. At this point only 1 device is active and he expected me to leave store with non working device. I requested a refund in which case he said no problem and failed to mention until necessary there would be a "restock fee." I was told the restock fee was $35.10. The restock fee was actually $110 which was $35.10 more than what I had already paid. He authorized payment without giving me proper information. Left store with no devices, 2 new lines, and $75 less than what I went in with. Instead of having manager call in am like I was told I had to call them at 11:30 in which I was told manager was on lunch. Had to call back from daughters phone bc my calls were then being ignored. Was finally told at 1:30 the manager would return from lunch at 2:30???? (3 hr lunch?) The manager didn't try to do anything except make excuses and "refund" a partial "refund" that I won't receive until they close register. Left with nothing, called higher ups and was informed that they didn't even cancel the lines, they only cancelled installments. If I hadn't called to verify, I wouldve ended up charged a months service for 2 devices Ive never had possession of. These representatives take no accountability, have ZERO customer service skills and are completely incompetent. Go to ANY at&t store BUT THIS ONE!
