    I have been a t- mobile customer for 21 years. My Father-in-law (who is on my account) went to this…read morelocation to get a new phone as his battery on his was swelling and he was actually over due for an upgrade. His phone is older and I confirmed on the phone with T-mobile customer service that he should receive a free upgrade at no cost. This location try to tell him it would cost over $200 and would not help with the upgrade he was entitled to. Another location did actually confirm he was definitely due for a free upgrade at no cost and took care of him. My understanding is this is not a corporate store and doesn't give very good customer service. I feel they were trying to take advantage of my older father-in-law who is on a fixed income. His phone, which was going to be completely unusable soon, was his only source of communication in an emergency. They caused a lot of undue stress to him and my husband and I.

LAZY, NON-MOTIVATED, DEI-Hired Whatevers…read more Took my Home Internet Gateway which has never provided good coverage since I had it, I'm in one of those areas that Biden provided 48 billion dollars for fiber optics and we haven't got one customer on any type of internet service in my rural area. They must have stolen the money. So calling T-Mobile numerous times to fix my issues with no internet and/or phone coverage this past Sunday I was tired of dropping meetings and phone calls and called T-Mobile one last time. They actually helped me this time and got me over to tech support who actually trouble shot the gateway. The phone dropped the call tech support called me back. So after back and forth they said they fixed and if not to take it to the local T-Mobile store, henceforth this store, or contact them and they will send me one. Well it worked okay for about five minutes, then it got worse than before. Folks I live in a new development that needs fiber now and is begging for it. There is some money to be made out here for you fiber optic companies. I've been here since 2022 and no one is out here in Camp County, nor is no one coming. So I pack up the gateway and take it to the Mt. Pleasant T-Mobile store and the whole staff must have been on siesta outside because they were all outside sitting down on chairs. So I started explaining my situation to whomever was listening and the one hispanic lady told me that we don't accept nothing back you will have to ship that back yourself. I don't know who you talk to or not, you got ID or driver's license, without any type of professionalism or courtesy, which triggered my PTSD. I had my wife with me and I told let's go. I'll contact the online rep and have them send me the gateway through their method. All five or six of them sat still in their chairs in did not move, or anything. Now after reading the other reviews on this page I'm glad that I did. Because I'm sure that my personal information would have been stolen at this store. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE T-MOBILE. THIS IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF T-MOBILE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE.
