This authorized retail Verizon dealer is the worst they had a representative sell me a prepaid…read morephone when I told him I did not want a prepaid phone and then it would not return it after they would not take the phone back the next day because it was 2 minutes to 6:00 and they were closing and the representative today told me they couldn't take it back to the scratch on it then it said they couldn't take it back because it was a prepaid phone and I told the representative when I bought it that I did not want to prepaid phone. They lied me and representative that sold the phone to me had to have a meeting in the back were they inspired and went with the story that they told me it was prepaid when it was the only thing I said when I went in that I did not want to prepaid phone I wanted to buy one outright. He would not tell me the owner's name so that I could rectify the situation. The absolute worst the employee sold me the phone does not know his job and is going to lie to customers to cover that fact. To leave my review I had to give him at least one star but I'll give them -4 Stars they're the absolute worst

I was just in the store. With a phone I had bought from the store. The phone has stopped working…read morebecause of not being 5G capable. The usual owner is very accommodating. But the employee behind the counter told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I was going to buy the TV they had on the Shelf. But I felt the employee was being very rude to me. If this employee had been the person to help me the first time I came in the store years ago. I would have never come back. Meanwhile I still need to have to figure out how to get my phone working.
