I went to MetroPCS T-Mobile today to return a charger that wasn't working. I tested it on four different types of phones and it didn't work on any of them. When I went to the store, two young ladies told me they couldn't process the refund because they didn't know how and the manager was off. I'm a manager myself, and even on a day off, if your employees call you for help especially when they're new you should be available.
It's ridiculous that I'm asking for a refund of $21 for an overpriced charger that doesn't work, and instead of resolving it, they told me "no, mamita, it's the cube." I already tested it on four phones, so clearly the charger is useless. On top of that, both employees were just sitting in chairs laughing and listening to music with AirPods, saying they didn't have customers. If there are no customers, they should be learning how to do their job, not sitting around. read more
