If you can avoid this particular location, do so. I had a guy there help my 2 boys and me get new phones. We had been with metro for 1+years. We were due for free phone upgrades. The guy working said that metro didn't do that anymore. Puzzled, I went along with what he was saying, thinking that he seemed knowledgeable and why would he lie? How would that benefit him? $300 later....!!!! Long story short, for us to pay the least, we had to be signed up with new numbers and come back to get these phones reassigned to our old numbers. Returned to do so. Employee was rushing bc he had dinner date (Not ny problem. You're on the clock. His dinner date was WITH HIS MOMMY, WHO HE LIVED WITH. You get paid while on the clock....this dude was just a piece of work.....)How did I know? HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE ON SPEAKER PHONE WHILE WORKING ON OUR PHONES! He finished, we left, he closed store for the day. We live 1 hrs away round trip. He fd up my son's phone so that it had NO service for a week until I could get us back out there. I went back PISSED. The girl there told me the guy had totally lied to me. She fixed my son's phone, but couldn't help financially(no credits on account for my time and money wasted). She said to call metro and they could credit me for the inconveniences. Nope. They wouldn't. Switched to T-Mobile. I know they're kinda the same company, but not. I hope they treat their PAYING CUSTOMERS better. If not, I'm done with these guys. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for our phones and phone service. read more
