    The internet service itself is great - very reliable, and the guy who did my installation was…read moreawesome. The company itself is scummy. Customer service will talk you in circles for hours. They straight-up lie about their prices to new customers. They repeatedly try to put an equipment rental fee on my bill even though I supplied my own router. They'll also raise your bill every year with no justification. And forget about the "prepaid Mastercard reward." I never got mine despite calling about it numerous times. If I had any other option, I'd go with another company just to avoid giving Kinetic another dollar.

(How professional is that?) I have a house in High Springs. . I do not live there. I have a tenant with a busy job who cant take a day off to meet you at the house, therefore I need to drive 5 hours north to meet you there. We have an appointment set for April 24th, of which YOU sent me appointment options. I still receive daily texts annoying me to make an earlier appointment. Yesterday my tenant informed me that you sent me a threatening letter that I was going to be charged $30 a month because I "couldn't meet your deadline" This is BS! You better NOT charge me $30 bucks because I have been making appointments all along! Yes, and you WINDSTREAM have cancelled 3 of them. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau as well. We have an appt set for April 24th. I have to leave work and drive 5 hours to get there. You better NOT cancel on me this time! Dana

    This is the worst experience ever. I just realized that we should never give our trust too easily,…read moreeven if they sound or look trustworthy. We visited T-Mobile to bundle our services for a better rate and were quoted a specific monthly price. While I expected the first bill to be higher due to setup fees, our second bill is still significantly higher than the amount we were promised. Plus, we were told that accessories would be free and we would only be charged for tax. But when the bill came, it was actually quoted monthly for 24 months. If I had known, we could have just bought this stuff from Amazon or Walmart which is way cheaper. I reached out to Joi but she totally changed her statement. This experience feels so deceptive. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and that they provide accurate information. Also, I remember when I came to their store, she was happy because she said they hadn't had any customers that day until I came. So maybe, just maybe, I was told a different price just to persuade me. I guess I just have to settle with this monthly payment. Pls be truthful to your customers. Honesty is still the best policy.
