I really liked this option, as I thought the physical home button would be easiest for her. He explained to the manager, Johnathan, that he wanted to upgrade his phone and that he did not mind waiting to be helped because the store was scheduled to close at 8:00 PM. Johnathan told my son that he would not be able to assist him because there were approximately six customers ahead of him. We made it clear that we were willing to wait and had no problem waiting for our turn. Johnathan remained standing near the entrance of the store. We also observed him assist two male Hispanic customers while my son was still waiting and had been told that he could not be served. At some point, two female officers entered the store. They are aggressively rude, completely incompetent, and dripping with an attitude of total entitlement. They didn't just fail to help me--they actively mistreated other patrons and me in the store. Shockingly, a major corporation allows such gross misconduct to happen on its retail floor.
