So many problems discovered with our house since being built 10 years ago. They subcontract so much of the work out to people who perform shoddy workmanship and take shortcuts. For example, not installing mini-stops underneath the sink, hanging beam in the roof trusses not properly connected, and many other issues...When their inspector comes out, they try to fob off the blame as much as possible.
