We searched every builder while shopping for a home and decided on Definitive. The quality and details of the build are amazing. The people at Definitive are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Except for Raul the VP, who almost made us walk away from the home we wanted. If it wasn't for Moises and Sulema arguing on our behalf, we would have gone to another builder and been less satisfied than we are with our beautiful home. Sulema helped me understand 90 days of Raul was not worth loosing the home we wanted. In spite of my issue with Raul I would recommend everyone to buy a Definitive Home. But strongly recommend you have a Realator to be your go between. It would be unfair for me not to say in the end Raul came to an agreeable solution for both sides. read more
