The nurse came out and thought my dad had not shown to his appointment because of an error made by the receptionist. My dad waited another 30 minutes in a room, to be told that Dr. Dwyer didn't have time to do the cystoscopy but could have a nurse do the treatment. My dad has had cancer and wanted to know if he had any new growths. Dr. Dwyer refused to do the cystoscopy. He has been a patient of hers for 4 years. Terrible treatment.

Rachel was incredibly rude. She said we don't send patients lab orders. I said why didn't the doctor tell me that on July 8th? She said that patients are responsible for reminding them to do their jobs. Rachel interrupted me continuously during the conversation. I was polite the entire time, she was obviously incapable of the same level of courtesy. I regret ever coming here. When you go in their office you are usually the only one in their very large waiting room. And after reading some of the reviews I can see why. I am guessing they will be out of business soon as they have quite a few doctors in their office but I've never seen more than one other patient in the waiting room.

They renewed Rx I already had that weren't working b/c I was already beyond that point.
