I had a driver to pick me up, following the surgery, & someone to care for me post op at home??? Would not contact my caregiver for verification & canceled my surgery; although they performed my first surgery, which was more complex & on both eyes, without question.

I accompanied my mom to her surgery. It was our first visit to this location. We were instructed to…read morearrive an hour and half before the surgery which ended up being 6am. We checked in at registration and were then escorted upstairs. All of the staff and nurses introduced themselves and explained each step of the day and what would happen next so we were always prepared. The whole experience was very efficient. The surgery lasted only 15 or so minutes and we were out the door a few minutes later. On the second floor, there is complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for those who accompany patients. There is also a TV on the second level. The third level waiting area is a little quieter. The lobby has an atrium in the middle that is open to all floors so you can hear all the noise happening across all 3 levels. There is a cafe on the 2nd floor as well, but the hours are only 9:30am-1:30pm Monday-Friday. Looks like they have soups, sandwiches, bagels, etc. as well as canned, bottled, and fountain drinks. The only negative was I noticed the "patient visitor representative" was just sitting at the desk watching videos on his phone. That is a pet peeve of mine, at least pretend to work while you're at work. There was a lot of signage around so everyone should be able to navigate around anyway.

I discovered this location when I needed an urgent care (they have one attached), and dang is it…read morethe best decision I've ever made. For context, I'm a medical school professor and very comfortable in a medical setting and know what is and is not acceptable behavior. The PA I saw, Maddie, was personable, very informative, and actually listened... I know that should be what you expect at every doctor's office, but with privatization of insurance that's not always what you get. Heck, she listened and cared more than my students who are REQUIRED to to pass (ha!). She was thorough, listened to all concerned addressed them properly and provided all necessary important information including referrals and follow-ups. She was also incredibly smart and knowledgeable about a lot of topics, and you can tell because she doesn't throw a ton of big words at you to seem smart, it was demonstrated in her ability to describe things at a level that people without medical experience could understand. HIGHLY recommend. The medical assistant, Keniesha, who came in to draw blood and run an EKG was polite, knowledgeable and professional while making me feel at ease during understandably uncomfortable tests. Office staff is friendly, polite, helpful, and great at getting you all set up and going. I was taken back on time for my appointment, no unnecessary waiting (although it's totally understandable when it happens) and a very proficient & excellent overall experience

I went to Primary Care Indy on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020 before it opened, for a Covid-19 antigen…read morescreening test. There was a line formed and the clinic did not open until 8:00 a.m. Allyson was at the front door in the cold, allowing patients to sign up for their clinic visit. Allyson called me by phone, as I waited in my warm car, when it was time for my appointment. You are required to wash your hands before coming into the waiting area; and, of course wear a mask which must cover your mouth AND your nose. Conrad was the associate who administered my Covid-19 test. Conrad explained the procedure (he also took my temperature and pulse oximetry measurements) and performed my nasal Covid-19 test. Conrad was professional, reassuring and kind as was Allyson. The pandemic has been horrible but these two associates made this process easy and stress free. I thank them for their hard work and dedication for risking their lives to assist the public.

I checked him in on a tablet (which kinda freaked me out with all the germs not gonna lie) but it was super convenient and quick. We waited for about 15 minutes maybe 20 and they called us back! We got to see Dr. Vanatta I think that's how you spell it and she was a pediatrician. I really loved how great of a job she did with my bubba and how nice she was! She was very knowledgeable about what was going on with him and I left out feeling much better. The waiting room was really nice and accommodating for babies and children as they have toys and sensory activities out. Although it was kinda far as we live in the downtown area we will be back. Pros Nice facility Knowledgeable Helpful Toys in waiting room Cons Na

I do not think I could have had a worse experience at an immediate care center in my life. From…read morechecking in where 3 people were behind the counter and 1 person it the huge waiting room, it took all three people to finally get me checked in with my ID and insurance card. After I sat down I got the txt to check in and had to dig my phone out and take a picture front and back of the ins. card and ID, after 2 people at the checkin desk had already entered all of the info. (appalling). Another 15 minutes before being called back, then 2 different people had to come in and get my entire rundown, which was such a minor problem that I was there for. Absolutely so unprofessional, did not have confidence in the people that saw me. They were not Dr.s, PA's that I was very skeptical about. I will never step foot back in that place! I basically told them what I needed, from past experience, as they did not want to give me what I knew would help. The only positive I can say is that they Called in the script that I needed. Uf you have the option, go elsewhere!!!!!!!!
