Fine, rescheduled for today. Again, waiting around for five hours. at 11:45, they still haven't shown up. I call the office, and I get the run around. They tell me that the crew is busy with a big job and will be at least two hours late. Did I want to reschedule. I was furious. Why didn't they call me? I finally track down the manager, who is making excuses for the crew. One of the guys didn't show because his wife went into labor. Why do I care? He didn't go into labor. Why didn't he call me? Then he's making excuses for last weekend and explaining that cleaning saltillo tile involves a difference process. Why do I care? I told them what I needed. Horrible experience, and the work they did was mediocre at best. Do not use this franchise. Absolutely terrible service.
