I signed up for the 6 week challenge in 2020 just before COVID shut everything down. I was nervous because I had finally started to get into a good fitness routine after falling off the wagon for so long, but despite the shut down, KickHouse continued supporting me offering virtual support through live classes, fun virtual events, one on one accountability, and even outdoor classes! They went above and beyond to offer options and at the time I wasn't even a paid member! This just proved how committed they are to their members and future members. In my very first class I was instructed on proper punching techniques as well as kicking form. You also get to borrow a heart rate monitor so you can see how hard you're working. After taking multiple classes I've been fortunate enough to experience classes led by Sydni, Gerald and Izzy. Every class has been a different workout and all have been challenging. I've enjoyed the classes so much that I've become a member. They're also going to start offering self defense classes on Friday evenings as part of your membership which is pretty cool.
