Ivan did an excellent job. The massage was firm, which is exactly what I prefer, and he was attentive to the pressure throughout the treatment. I also appreciated how well he paced the massage. He spent an appropriate amount of time on each area rather than rushing through the session, and I left feeling genuinely relaxed, especially through my shoulders. The one thing I would not recommend is the exfoliating brush add-on. At the price point, I expected it to meaningfully enhance the experience, but it honestly felt inconsistent and didn't add much to the massage. Sometimes the brush was used to begin an area and sometimes it wasn't, and I didn't notice any real benefit afterward. For me, it wasn't worth the additional cost. The women's locker room and lounge areas were beautiful, very clean, and well appointed. I used the hot tub, spa room, and sauna, and all were relaxing. I intentionally arrived early so I could take advantage of the amenities rather than simply coming in for my treatment and leaving. One of my favorite parts was being able to sit on the chaise lounge, enjoy the complimentary teas, water, and snacks, and just journal and decompress. That's what makes a spa day feel like a spa day rather than simply getting a massage. Unfortunately, it was raining during my visit, so I wasn't able to enjoy the Waters of the World. I appreciated that they provided a rain check at checkout, which was a nice gesture and means I'll have a reason to return. The spa retail shop is also worth browsing. There were beautiful items, luxurious robes, nice lotions, and some cute jewelry. It felt thoughtfully curated rather than like an afterthought. Overall, this was a very relaxing day and a beautiful facility. My advice would be to arrive early enough to actually enjoy the amenities, and definitely read through reviews when choosing your massage therapist or treatment. They have a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos but it ran out of coffee or espresso beans and no one refilled it for an hour I checked when I wanted to make a drink. I fortunately was able to make a cappuccino which was good. They offer little bowls of nuts and dried fruit, which were good, as well as Pellegrino, frozen grapes, vanilla gelato, biscotti, clementines and strawberries. The steam room was good. The ladies locker room was expansive with a lot of toiletries available. The showers were super nice and had living proof shampoo and conditioner. The staff was all very friendly and without attitude! I am still so relaxed hours after going there today. It's worth it for me to pay for the experience because I never get this relaxed.

One Google led to Jennifer Lopez, led to Melania Trump, led to Tammy Fender - seriously ... that's how it went down. Once I landed on Tammy's page I longed for an organic, calming facial, but it's too far of a drive, so I was ecstatic when I found her at home facial kits. As soon as the kit arrived, I was obsessed. Everything felt and smelled so good. Since my kit, I've been working with one of the girls at Tammy Fender and she's awesome! She has helped me find new products that work well and I'm obsessed with the Restorative Radiance Masque. I actually don't like the way this one smells (kind of smells like my great grandmother), but it works. I am prone to getting visibly clogged pores around my nose and the Masque magically sucks everything out like a vacuum. My favorite lotion is the Antioxidant Crème. It smells amazing and makes my skin glow. I also got a sample of the cleansing milk, which I plan to buy once I run out of my current face wash. I love, love, love these products. And now that I've quit coffee, using them is the highlight of my day.

You get complimentary valet parking with your spa stay. But, only up to 7 hours. After that you are charged full price. The spa is small, but, clean. There's a lounge area with water and snack. The steam room was not working. There's a private outdoor jacuzzi. The one thing that has changed, and it's a negative compared to other spas. Is their policy that you are only allowed to stay an hour after or before your service to enjoy the spa amenities. This is not listed in any of the brochures or on the website. At the EAU Spa you can stay all day. And the price of the services is about the same. Not sure I'll be back if this policy of only an hour continues.

We had a comfortable, curved sofa with easy access to the main pool area. The wardrobe was stylish as was the desk and chair. The bathroom had two sinks for his and hers with a shower tub combo that was partitioned off from the sinks. It was an easy walk to the elevators and where Honeybelle was located. There is also Sushi by Bou and the Butchers Club available for dining options. The amenities are good with a gym, tennis club, two golf courses, and a spa. Just keep in mind that depending on where you are staying at the resort, you may not be a quick walk away. There is also a small coffee bar and cafe area in the lobby for a caffeine fix, which we didn't do but had a charge on the bill from someone who put it on our room. Fortunately, the concierge removed it from the bill when I questioned the charge. But just make sure if you stay there to double check the bill when you check out. Apparently, i wasn't the only guest that had additional charges that weren't made.

Then they go back in and offer me another appointment 2.5 hours later which I declined when I originally called to make this appointment. This happened to my husband once and to me once before...no, not going back. I can't believe how many people I have recommended to the salon and the manicurist....not anymore!!!
