After being on the zoom call for 10 min prior and then waited 40 min for the doctor to no show me, I left the zoom call. Approximately 1.5 hours after my appointment, quality life group calls me to let me know I "no showed" the zoom call. They noted me in the waiting room, waiting 45 min past my appointment, but then leaving. Unfortunately, I have work and other priorities. Don't book my appointment if the doctor can't show up in a timely manner. Unfortunately, quality life group send it right to collections, arguing that I need to wait for the doctor now matter how long I have to wait. It's absolutely ridiculous that QLG has the audacity to bill me for a no show, but can't get their act together, or their scheduling. No, I still won't pay it!

I felt there wasn't enough attention given to explaining the medications or monitoring for potential risks. What made my experience even worse was that I was asked questions about whether I was undocumented and when I arrived in the United States. I don't understand how those questions were relevant to my medical care, and they made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how I was treated. I hope this facility improves the way it communicates with and respects its patients.
