Lady seemed alright on the phone.. kind of sleepy? Like she wasn't 100% sure what she was talking about? Just an odd encounter. But the most important part of this is that THEY ARE CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS!!! So if you want to pick up your pet on January 1st, you can't you have to wait until the 2nd, therefore being charged an extra day... It's not my fault you guys want to close on a holiday as a BOARDING service! Why am I going to be charged a whole other night because of something you are choosing to do a business? That's not fair to the customer... With that being said - this is worrisome and concerning. Is there nobody there to watch after the dogs on a holiday? Does someone only come briefly? Like none of this makes sense. Recommend elsewhere. read more
