I had a relatively small job and could not get close local roofing contractors to even come look at a repair job. Then I called Hostetler Roofing. They quickly scheduled Alex to come look at the job. He looked, took pictures, talked to me about what I expected and said he would be back soon with options. Within a couple of days Alex called for an appointment with us. He laid out my options and cost. No pressure. I choose one. The price was very good. I knew it was a small job so it took a bit to get scheduled. Alex stayed with us to help expedite the scheduling. When the crew arrived they were respectful and worked extremely hard to get the job done right. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Hostetler company and recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Mr. Moya inspired confidence by readily understanding what was needed, by clearly explaining how the job would be carried out, and by providing a reasonable estimate. Of all the contractors I have dealt with, Moya's communication skills are the best. On the day of the job he showed up at 0730 with a skilled, experienced crew. Maneuvering the equipment in the space available was challenging, but he managed it expertly. Existing flagstones and shrubs were salvaged undamaged so that we could re-purpose them. The actual work of installing the new patio then proceeded with maximum efficiency, and we were delighted with the end result. It's a beautiful job. For concrete work in Texarkana, Moya is the man!

In light of the fact that the job involved a metal roof, they wanted to get started early enough to alleviate some of the heat that was going to follow later that morning. In a sentence those guys "stayed after it!" From 8:15 that morning till 4 o'clock that afternoon they worked to remove both of the outdated turbines as well as facilitating better ventilation by cutting the ridge back 2". They replaced the decking where the turbines had been as well as the metal panels. In addition they replaced ALL of the original sheet metal screws (many were backing out) with new oversized screws and seals. All in all I was totally satisfied not only with the quality of work that ArLaTex Roofing rendered for this particular job, but also the work ethic that was exhibited, pricing of the job, their integrity and overall professionalism! If you have any needs for a quality company to address your roofing needs, then give a call to GRANT MCNEILLand his crew at ARKLATEX ROOFING! You won't regret it!!!

They responded to my request for a quote the same day I made the request. 2. Timely. Not only did they arrive on time when they stated they would to give me a quote, they called to re-verify I was available approximately 1 hour before they arrived. 3. Customer Service. After the run-around from the other three (3) companies, I contacted Henry's to have them proceed. They insisted on having the person that provided the quote to contact me to answer any additional questions or concerns I may have. 4. Just in time. I was given an estimate day for installation, followed up by a reconfirmation a couple of days beforehand. The work was completed just in time to test everything because it started raining the next morning. 5. Highly Recommended. Not only was everything on time and now successfully tested, you would be hard pressed to tell that they had been here installing the guttering (besides the brand spanking new guttering in place). They had to remove part of the eave fascia on the house and trim part of the roof on the shop and there isn't a nail, scrap of wood, or piece of metal left behind. All they left behind was their footprints.

I found Eric here on Yelp and not knowing anything about his work, decided to give him a shot because he's local. Eric's quote to paint an entire 3/1 from baseboards to removing popcorn ceiling and refinishing and painting it was great! The best by far we had gotten. Eric also had good availability and was able to start (earlier) than planned. Eric did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the project and even finished the project ahead of time. For my complaints. This is probably on me, but I think I went into the project expecting better quality than what I got. However, looking back now, I think it's fair to say I got for what I paid for. The quality of the paint and the job is not the best. We had to call back Eric a couple of times after the project was finished to fix missed spots or clean up missed areas. Although I am happy and appreciative that he did come back to fix these issues, I'd prefer it be done right the first time. Let me be clear, the house looks much better than it did before, so it was worth the money I paid, however, I'd say that don't go in with really high expectations as I did. If you're needing an "ok" job and are on a tight budget, Eric is a good pick.
