First off there web-site will show everything in stock, you add all to your cart my first order was 11-18-25 1891096 week went by no tracking number called them. Customer service says they are waiting on a $5.00 sticker. I tell them to ship the rest of my parts, your web-site should not show in stock if you do not have it. Second order is my fault 3-12-26 1898411 once again everything shows in stock, add to cart pay $43.11 worth of freight deliver expected 5-7 days. On 3-20-26 I call them and they are waiting on 4 spark plugs that come in a 4 pack from A&I. i can get anyplace around me. I tell them to ship everything else and cancel the spark plugs. Great parts supplier, but do have a shady way of doing business. Many of the parts you order do not have pictures nor do they have a detailed description. I ordered an ignition switch. No picture . . no description. Anywhere else has a previous model with keys. When the switch arrived, no keys. When I called to ask why keys are not included with an ignition, I was told they were separate. $26 I ended up paying $100 for something less for $50 on Ebay (previous model). Unfortunately, I'll be buying my parts elsewhere and using Messicks as an absolute LAST resort. read more

We ordered some parts and oil for my husband's Kubota. Got the parts fine, but Fedex tracking showed the oil was stalled in the warehouse in Maine, where we live. Filed a claim with Fedex, but got no response. Our pet had died and my husband needed the tractor to dig a hole to bury him in. I emailed Messicks asking if they could do anything. Not only did they call Fedex, they called my husband and apologized and emailed me and apologized and sent out a new order of oil to us, which we got two days later. They went above and beyond - we are very happy and will definitely be giving them our business from now on. read more

we bought a replacement oil gauge K7591-13872-620 for our Kubota sxs the oil gauge did not come with rubber gasket/washer that holds the gauge into the engine. Now it's just plastic gauge in metal engine. NO SEAL to keep from bouncing out!! I can't believe a gauge would be sold without the rubber seal needed. I feel the sale was incomplete and shouldn't have been shipped w/o what's needed to keep oil gauge in place. read more

Tried to order a Part for my LandPride rotary cutter RCR1248 at my local Kubota Dealer. First I call, they could not find the part. Then I looked up the part number on the LandPrice website, gave it to them and they Still could not find the part. The next day I drove into town and went to the dealer and they could still not find the part. Went home, went to the Messick website and used the part number I gave the dealer and had the part ordered in less than 5 minutes. I really wanted to support my local dealer but they have incompetent counter staff. I gave up after spending an hour on the phone, another hour driving too and from their storefront and another hour at the counter. Thanks Messicks for just getting S**T DONE!!! read more

Ordered a part on the 2nd of the month. Messick said it would take 5-7 days to get to me. I called after 6 days. The part had been sitting on their shelf for 5 days. Rather than expedite the shipping for me, because they had been dragging their feet, they shipped it the slowest way. So it's going to take 6 days to get to my house--I just tracked it. Basically it took them 6 days to get the small part, 6 days to get around to shipping it, and 6 days to ship it. This is 2019 and I have other options that I will use next time. read more

Contrary to other reviews, our orders from Messicks have arrived very promptly, coming all the way across the continent by Fed Ex. Orders have been delivered even earlier than expected, even during the holidays. Messicks technical division has given us good debugging advice, even e-mailed pages from the maintenance manual. We have never received an incorrect part, never given the runaround by a salesperson, never been treated discourteously. We can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Very rude salesman here. We went to look for a tractor and or skid loader for our property and we wanted to ask questions about which one would be better and they looked at us like we were stupid. They told us something totally different on the phone then they did when we actually got there. Didn't help us out at all. I ordered several small parts from Messick Farm Equipment last month. I have received 2 packages (some items were back ordered). Each package contained either the wrong parts or was missing parts. I now have a large box to deliver to FedEx for a refund and no parts, except a $3.26 gasket. I require a bit more attention to detail on parts orders, so I will go elsewhere.
