The process of scheduling an appointment was hassle free and I luckily got the time and date that worked the best for me. There's plenty of free parking available within the shopping plaza. Upon arrival to the salon I was immediately assisted by Greata. She did my nails and I really liked it how she was wearing scrubs, gloves, and a face mask absolutely trying to prevent any form of bacterial contamination. The place is clean and decor is pretty. Everything seems to be good in regards to their service, color selection, cleanliness, and prices. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they said minimum of $10 tip for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Tips are obviously based on your experience and should be given accordingly. I actually don't like when any business tells me how much I should tip as thats my decision for sure. I usually tip 15-20% of the actual amount based on my experience only. But otherwise overall this place is good with or without Groupon. Surely be back!

She asked simple questions like if I want my nails round or square, is the water too hot and similar questions. I kind of like it when the women doing my nails don't really talk to me. She spent almost two hours on my nails, which is a very long time but she did an amazing job. She took very good care of my feet, especially since my toes are pretty dry from wearing sandals all the time. The place is very nice and clean. There are four massage chairs for pedicures and four chairs for manicures. The front is where people go to get their hair done while the nail section is towards the back. I really enjoy coming here, even if it's a 30 minute walk from my apartment. I would recommend people to come here.

However my recent appointment was just so disappointing and Nery was so snippy and rude that I can't go back. I booked a 4pm appointment and got a call at 3:36pm when I was about two blocks away. She doesn't ask - she tells me - I have to come at 4:30. This now throws off my entire evening. But, fine, I show up at 4:30 and I get a dismissive hello and I see she's coloring someone with foils. I know this means she has a bigger money customer in front of her and I'm definitely less important. At 4:40 I politely ask her how much longer it'll be. She responds, annoyed, saying it'll just be a few more minutes. When I explain that I'm asking because it's been 40 minutes, she tells me that these things happen and how she hasn't even eaten lunch. I mean, sure, I get it - things happen - but when you're coloring someone's hair with foils it means you had a walk-in who was more important which makes appointments pointless and instead of being apologetic, you're acting as I'm the one who was late when I've now accommodated 45 minutes of lateness. She finally takes me in the chair and instead of getting my hair washed first like my first visit, she sprays my hair with some water and starts cutting. This already tells me she's rushing me out. She cuts my hair and then has me get my hair washed by someone rushing because she had to pause someone's blowout to wash my hair. At this point, Nery lazily diffused my hair to barely dry and was like OK you're done! She then proceeds to charge me $10 more for the same haircut that I had only 10-12 weeks ago. I was so aggravated I didn't even argue. I paid her, tipped her despite her rudeness, and then tipped the poor girl who had to do a rush job shampoo on my head. The best part? She tells me she's sorry for the inconvenience - but it was dripping with insincerity. I was appalled and walked out knowing I was rushed out for a higher paying perhaps more regular customer and felt like crap because instead of being an enjoyable experience it was another example of unprofessional people who really have no clue what customer service is. Obviously I'll never come back and I'm sure she doesn't care - and that tells me (and you) all you need to know about this deplorable excuse for a business.
