AMBIENCE
We were accommodated as soon as we entered the restaurant and were led to our seats, following the layout for quarantine times. Entrance was wide and wheelchair-friendly, and they have takeaway options posted right outside near the entrance.
FOOD
We tried their Pork Sisig with Egg and the texture was the soft type; just a heads-up to crispy sisig fans. Most distinct flavor was the liver, which tasted pretty good. Dish can be best enjoyed when partnered with other kinds of viands, and I wouldn't recommend sticking to just sisig due to the oil. Pinaputok na Bangus Belly was our favorite and I intentionally saved the belly for last since it's an all-time favorite part of Milkfish.
SERVICE
Our server was friendly and accommodating. Seeing staff properly wearing masks was comforting and I also understand how uncomfortable it is to wear it all day long. Only thing that needs improvement would be the sisig. I feel the plate should be fulfilling its duty as a sizzling plate by actually sizzling our meat while serving; had to make this request. read more
