Joe's repaired the seat, perfectly, promptly, and at a reasonable price. Joe and, uh, Mrs. Joe were very friendly, and also explained to me how and why the previous detailing job was so terrible. They offered to detail it for me, but I didn't want to spend the money again at that moment. Meanwhile, the stank was awful, and the minor scratches were not improved by the previous detailer and now, the car "felt" terrible. so I made my appointment, returned to Joe's, and they did incredible, perfect job, inside and out. they use the right cleaning solutions, the right tools, including Q-tips and toothbrush, the interior surfaces became like new, even without any residue. The paint never looked so bright since the day I bought it eight years ago. This is a family business. I'm going to keep them busy, but they will fit you in. Probably. It's great to see a beloved local business like Hashi's continue on with the same spirit and quality locals have enjoyed for generations at Maui Soft Cloth Car Wash. Just like before, they still pre-wash every vehicle by hand before sending it through the mechanical wash--a step you don't really see anymore. Because of the extra step, a line can form and sometimes it causes some traffic to back up into the road. Sure, it's not the fastest process, but it's worth it. That extra attention makes a real difference, and just like Hashi always believed, the cars come out noticeably cleaner. Once the hand wash is done, you choose what type of service you'd like (they have four different options from $15-$20), and then drive through to get the rest of the job done. They do give you a small towel to wipe off the rest of the remaining water after the wash is done, but the blower does a pretty good job of getting most of it off. Overall, the team is friendly and the process is smooth. Highly recommend supporting this locally rooted business if you're looking for quality over speed.
