Honestly this is the nicest exchange i've ever been to. It's a block from gare de nord-- easy to get to and very worth it if you have a large amount of currency to exchange. Each time i've gone there's a few parisians in line -- so my vibe is that locals also know this is a great place.

Cen publishes their exchange rates on their website but don't be tricked by the difference in rates displayed for the cost to buy euros and the cost to sell euros.
