See, if you want to get my attention, having a sign posted at the front of your stall declaring "We have horlicks" is probably a good start. Yes, they have horlicks. And they don't have *just* horlicks but other flavors, too. Strawberry and Basil. Earl Grey. Candied bacon. Yes, you heard me. Candied bacon. For anyone who isn't afraid of sweet-salty combos, this is a good option. So is their sea salt caramel. (For the record, that's exactly what I pictured sea salt ice cream to taste like).
It's also got a good mouthfeel. Not too chunky, not too light and it doesn't melt right away. While not as creamy as Coldstone, Merry Moo comes in a close second. The flavors come through nicely and it isn't too sweet which is always a plus. Practically ensures no umay feeling which is good. And the other good thing is that it won't break your bank. It's around 85-90 for a single scoop which really isn't all that bad if we're talking artisinal ice cream. I don't mind paying that much for decent ice cream anyway. The one thing though is that this stall is just it: a stall. There's nowhere to sit anywhere nearby so you'd better be the kind who doesn't mind carrying their cup of ice cream around while walking. read more
