THEY STOLE SO MUCH!! My Mother had Merry Maid out of Cocoa, FL. She loved the trainer, but unfortunately the women she bought with her were not honest and stole. They would have three girls at a time, so we could not prove which one stole. It got so bad, that one (or more) stole her engagement ring, and other family pieces that can not be replaced. Merry maids the maids are not merry they are tired they have to clean up to five house a day ,that's why they miss a lot of things if you can't keep up you get fired,you can work up to six at night they never pay overtime the owners treat the workers real bad ,they need to be reported to the laber board you don't get to have a lunch break you have to use your own car you get no money for that it's a sad place to work,I feel sorry for the lady's they need to work I should have reported them. read more

I used this place for two years, they did good at the beginning, but I had to request new people because they stopped cleaning well at all. They broke a couple of items in our home, some were repairable others were not. The maids were very nice, but the company fell short on following through, thorough cleaning, and accountability. read more

Wow!! They charged me $189 and the job never really got done, and I was lied to. They came out twice; bed wasn't made, bath tub was filthy, they used lemon oil and left the table greasy, didn't clean the range or microwave, didn't dust the MB, and the first time only spent 30 minutes. They came back a second time only to half ass it, and had to have a second crew come in a complete their work, which was still incomplete ( the blinds and baseboards never got touched even the the lady that did the estimate said "of course we dust the blinds and the baseboards". When I said that $189 seemed high for a 2 bedroom Town Home she said "that's what you pay for quality work". If that's quality, I need to show you girls how it's done! They showed up in a ragged old car, smoked cigarettes in driveway twice and threw the butts in my yard. The car left an oil spot on my paver driveway. I got it all on surveillance video. Ill never call them back. read more
