Very POOR. I hope My terrible delivery of service will never be for anyone else. A promised Scheduled appointment to my home, prior to a family banquet was rudely cancelled before arrival time , due truck breakdown. Prior to their scheduled appointment I spent hours REMOVING furniture, all lamps, rugs.etc to make ease to all house tile floors. They did not or Would NOT try to send another truck leaving me to reverse moved belongings for my evening house banquet. I was stuck. Ryon did a great job cleaning our tile. We had wax that was not covering our floors anymore and he cleaned it all up looks almost brand new. Wish a little more cleaning was done to the grout but otherwise looks great very prompt and professional read more

I was previously with another company who just did my carpets and tile 4 months ago. Because of the poor job they did, I called Broom Hildy to see if the dirt could be cleaned from the carpets better. Romeo came over on time and was extremely professional. When he left, the carpets were amazing! All the stains came up and my rooms and stairs smelled fresh! I'm so excited about the job he did that I will be calling back to get my tile done. Started with them 6 months ago. They were great for the first couple of months with a very thorough cleaning. Since then they have steadily gotten worse. Can't seem to be able to keep personnel and as of today (they never showed up).........THEY ARE FIRED!!! read more

One person came to clean carpet and furniture. My furniture looks dirtier than before! The worker moved my recliner onto my kitchen floor along with three tables, as a courtesy! His company does not supply plastic to place under the furniture to keep the furniture legs from bleeding through the carpet. I am so disappointed! I will have to get help to move my furniture back, I am a senior and will be 80 at the end of January! I posted one star because I could not post a review without a star! read more

Chris returned my call initially and told me he would be by the next day to give me an estimate. This would be zero stars if Yelp had that option. Very disappointed in my experience with this company. I called in late November to book a tile cleaning appt and was told earliest dates were about 3 weeks out. Awesome, booked the date and ensured I would be off of work. Was called 3 days (Tuesday) before my appt and told we would need to reschedule. After confirming with my job that I would be able to alter my schedule with a short notice, I called back Thursday evening to confirm the reschedule. "Dee" answered the phone and promptly told me that there was no notes on my file and that I essentially would have to wait after the new year and to call the next day for Wendy. As the conversation was nearing the end I was asking Dee for her name for documentation purposes, she hung up on me. I called back seeing if it was a mistake, she wouldn't answer, but her voicemail had her name so I was able to obtain it. I called the following day (Friday) for Wendy and got no answer so I left a voicemail. I still haven't heard back from this company whatsoever about my appointment. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I would enjoy the owner to give me a call so I can share my experience with them directly. I found a competitor who upsold me and was able to show up to my house in 72 hours and complete my entire house before company coming for the holidays. Look elsewhere! read more

Please read all my reviews to see how I changed the review from 2 stars to 4. This was our first time using Broom Hildy. They were able to come out in a timely manner to clean our carpets. The young man they sent was polite and professional. He even told us as he emptied the dirty water that it wasnt very dirty most places it black water, ours was tan. The problem started a bit later. Many areas of the carpet didnt look clean and they weren't drying. They felt gummy and gross. As if some areas didnt get extracted well. I used a bunch of towels to sop up the spots. The towels were filthy when I picked them up. I want to include a picture of those towels, so you can see I am not making this up! This was a Thursday a couple weeks ago. By Friday afternoon I had been using fans, blow dryer and heat gun to try and dry the carpet. To no avail. We called the company later Friday and the owner said we should have called earlier so he could stop by. We were hoping it would be dry at some point friday so we wouldnt have to call. The problem is I was headed out of town Saturday and would be back Tuesday with a house guest. I am not sure when the carpet dried because it was still wet when I left on Saturday. He agreed to come out Monday or Tuesday to meet my husband, to look at the spots. We told him it couldnt be cleaned again that day as a house guest was arriving. The second cleaning would have to happen Friday after our guest left. No one called or showed up. We have called again and again and gotten a recording but no return call. I am so disappointed that the company doesnt stand behind its work. read more

The girls were really nice but seemed stand offish. They did a good job vacuuming , the disappointment was the bathroom. My bathrooms wasn't that dirty I just wanted a good wipes down and I would give it a 8 out of 10 wipe down. I just feel like if I'm going to pay someone to do it, then zero dust should be left behind. read more

I contacted Broom Hildy to clean my tile floors; they sent "Ron" (no longer there). I called them a few months later and asked them to come and clean them. I explained this would be a difficult job due to grout haze on the tiles. I wanted them to look at if they could get the tiles clean and how they could do it. They would not come to my home to look at the job and when I stated if they did not come to examine the problem and the job was not done right, I would not pay. The owner got all upset and said, "if you're not going to pay, I'm not coming to do the job". Then, I get a call from Jen to follow up as Ron left and when I call back Aaron answers the phone and tells me she will follow up and give me a call. She doesn't call. When I call her the next day she tells me, " I got really busy". This is an unprofessional company and I'm done trying to do business with them. They really could care less for the customer, so if they do a lousy job, you will be left hanging in the wind. read more
