My daughter started treatment here in 2016, we lost our home in 2019 and had to re-locate. Due to our displacement we were not able to make it into the office when she was supposed to have a follow up appointment. When I contacted the office to make an appointment for her they refused to see her and said I would have to find somewhere else to go. Now, on this present day, not only does she still have the braces they put on her, NO OTHER ORTHODONTIST will treat her because Lawrence Braces started the treatment. So not only does she still have the braces on which by the way are all MESSED UP , Lawrence Braces is so inconsiderate and uncaring that they will not finish the work they started. LAWRENCE BRACES will be facing consequences UNDER THE COURT OF LAW for my daughter's PAIN AND SUFFERING due to their UNFAIR, UNJUST and DECEPTIVE business practice. Their emergency appointment price was much lower than other local offices I called out to. When I arrived, Andrea Branch explained what she could do immediately (temporary cover) and a permanent solution (root canal). I was really nervous and scared considering the extent of the damage I had on that tooth (also, I never broke a tooth before), and she answered all of my questions kindly and clearly and helped me understand the situation. I did see her again after the root canal (I had to go elsewhere for that part), and it was comforting to pick up where we left off in my treatment plan, since she knows everything about the situation, and I trusted her (which I never expected to trust a dentist or doctor). She was very careful when injecting anesthesia, filing down my tooth (which is an unpleasant sound), and checked on me often by stopping and asking if I was still doing ok. She shaped down the replacement tooth (crown), tried it on my tooth, and kept on taking it out to file it down over and over to ensure the crown was comfortable for me(it feels weird at first, but she made it as smooth and small of a fit as possible). Collectively, however, the practice loses 1 star because there's a receptionist who is not up to standard (they mean well, but maybe they are just not as experienced, or maybe they're still in training). The others are great and exactly what you would expect!

Everyone there -- from front desk folks to hygienists to oral surgeons -- are kind and professional and great communicators. My dentist is Dr. Morin Montazeri, and I've also seen Dr. Ralph Lewis. Both are excellent. Dr. Chao-Min Lee, endodontist, is the best. The fact that she's done two root canals for me and I still like her is saying a lot. :-) Billing practices, appointment reminders--everything handled well. Dawn at the front desk is awesome.

Another thing is they have all glass windows. Some lady was sitting with a infant in her arms while sun is blaring through all the windows. It was like 40 degrees outside but we're all hot and sweaty because of the sun. Someone mentioned to put down the shades at least the one where the baby is but they refused.
