Loved them. . . Until our loan was sold just over two years later. Apparently a non-certified letter was sent, but between the holiday madness and junk mail, we never got the memo. Pretty unprofessional. Went to pay the mortgage online and it wouldn't take. Not sure what was going on so we called the Bozeman office. They didn't know our loan had been sold either. We try to be pretty loyal to our local community, but when it comes to money, there is no such thing as loyalty. Had we known our VA loan was going to be sold at any point, we'd have gone somewhere else. Graver and Shannon are great; Cornerstone, as a whole, is not.
