I learned about Delores Cannon's work on Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and was interested in finding a local practitioner to experience her work, first hand. I started listening to Von's Merkaba Chakras podcast and reading her first book three months ago. Von's books and podcasts episodes are very clear and direct with extremely valuable information. I was completely new to Buddhist philosophy three months ago. Von speaks in a way that gets straight to the point and gives information that covers beyond the basics of Buddhism. I have learned so much from listening to Von's podcast; the guests that Von interviews on Merkaba Chakras are amazing, I cannot stress enough how helpful the information in every podcast episode is. Von's podcast interviews often answer the questions I would want to ask the person she is interviewing myself ; there is so much knowledge packed into these episodes. I have really enjoyed the guests Von interviews, I have found myself listening to around 5-10 episodes over and over because there is so much good info to take in from Von and her guest. As I replay the episodes I gain more info I didn't pick up on the previous time that fills in the gaps and ties the episode and what I learned all together. The stories and life experiences the guests explain are positively like no other and have taught me so much. Once I finished Von's first book ( The four noble truths and eightfold path) I started to really learn the basics. If someone is open to learning more about spirituality, the four noble truths and eighth fold path will give you an important tools to refer back to so you can stop repeating the same lessons over and over again.
