Thankfully that ER made me wait and get annoyed because it led me here! Staff was very friendly and nice upon arrival and Dr. Jones was great stitching up my son. He was calm, professional and attentive also toward me as an anxious mother watching my son. He was clearly competent, professional and calm. I've been to a few of these "doc in a box" facilities and this one is the best by far. It seems like we're always there lately to the point that they know us by name. Hey-its just been that kind of winter! We've had to wait a little bit. It happens. It's still better than the 7 hours you'll be at the hospital. Once you get in a room they move quickly. We've been getting the culture thing done so that takes a little while. They get you patched up, call your pharmacy with your script, give you a note for school or work, and get you out. It's really the best option available today. Still not as good as having the doctor come to you, but that's the world we live in. Excellent care, friendly people, quality doctors. The best Urgent Care facility around.

To deny me urgent care services because of your poor time management is not appropriate. I chose this provider because of the urgent care on the weekends. I am very busy and unable to make most doctors appointments during the week and that's why I chose this provider I am literally disappointed and very upset with the way this Olivia nurse practitioner is handling the urgent care. I will be making a formal complaint. There's no reason to deny me services there's nobody waiting to be seen and I was here before closing in ample time to be seen. I'm really disgusted.

They called me 2 hours later about my chart result Long story short when I was able to access my chart results the comment from the doctor surprised me because it didn't matched our phone conversation. Firstly I wasn't yet able to get antibiotic which he prescribed on the time of our conversation, second he didn't give me any recommendation to follow up with primary MD, concidering the fact that it's my first time being severe sick in this country like an immigrant, I consider it very careless because he knows from my chart that I don't even have primary MD I can also question professional skills of the doctor in diagnosis, it feels like they was trying to do the most lab tests they could to get money from insurance, was holding me there for 2 hours the day before memorial day, so I won't be able to get to pharmacy on time before closing to get antibiotics. They didn't have anything in the office to relieve my condition as well, even when I asked.
