I finally found this one and gave it a go since it was close to home. I have had some bad experiences with dentists personally and had been seeing so many scary news stories about young children dying at the dentist so it was not helping! My daughter was almost 5 so we really needed to get the dentist! As soon as walked in, the place felt warm and inviting. It seemed new and clean. There was a Keurig machine and fridge stocked with waters and a separate room for the kiddos with iPads, Curious George on the TV, toys and books. My kiddo was drawn in immediately. The office staff was friendly and helpful as well. Both the dental assistant and Dr. Jackie were so sweet with my daughter. They told her what everything was before using it and used child friendly terms. There was a TV on the ceiling for her to look at while having her teeth cleaned and checked. When they took her X-Rays there was a cute frog chair to sit in and in the middle of having her X-Rays, my daughter told me she was "so excited" and getting a prize for being good during her visit clinched the deal for her. She was scared to visit the dentist but this definitely changed her mindset. I also appreciated not being told I should have come sooner or that if I had more children, they needed to come as an infant. It made me trust the doctor more!! As did being told no cavities. Thank you Dr. Jackie for a great first visit! I'm so glad we found a dentist we can use regularly.

They schedule appointments so close to each other, and then they cannot even do a simple cleaning in 1 sitting. They force you to do 2 sittings for a simple cleaning. They do X-rays in 1 day and cleaning in another. They say that the next appointment is due and they cannot go longer. They are more worried about their next appointment then their current one. Just makes you wonder why even go there 2) They do not take most of the insurance and are Out of Network most of the time 3) They tell you fill a paper form with ridiculous amount of information and then tell you fill an online form with similar information. What nonsense is that. That took so much time and then they tell you that the next appointment is due and they cannot do even a simple cleaning on that and you will have to come again. It is like going 1 day to fill forms, another day for X-rays and a 3rd day for a simple cleaning. 4) Since they are mostly Out of Network they enforce a credit card on file. I do not like keeping my credit card on file, especially in this day and age.
