We had our first visit to the dentist here. I had so much trouble finding a dentist that was recommended and would take my insurance. I finally found this one and gave it a go since it was close to home. I have had some bad experiences with dentists personally and had been seeing so many scary news stories about young children dying at the dentist so it was not helping! My daughter was almost 5 so we really needed to get the dentist! As soon as walked in, the place felt warm and inviting. It seemed new and clean. There was a Keurig machine and fridge stocked with waters and a separate room for the kiddos with iPads, Curious George on the TV, toys and books. My kiddo was drawn in immediately. The office staff was friendly and helpful as well. Both the dental assistant and Dr. Jackie were so sweet with my daughter. They told her what everything was before using it and used child friendly terms. There was a TV on the ceiling for her to look at while having her teeth cleaned and checked. When they took her X-Rays there was a cute frog chair to sit in and in the middle of having her X-Rays, my daughter told me she was "so excited" and getting a prize for being good during her visit clinched the deal for her. She was scared to visit the dentist but this definitely changed her mindset. I also appreciated not being told I should have come sooner or that if I had more children, they needed to come as an infant. It made me trust the doctor more!! As did being told no cavities. Thank you Dr. Jackie for a great first visit! I'm so glad we found a dentist we can use regularly. read more

Dr. Mikhly and her staff were so nice and patient. From the time I came in until the time I check out. The office is beautiful and her assistant were so nice and my kids loved it. I recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone who is searching. Thank you Dr. Mikhly my kids and I are happy with your kind service. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Jacqueline Mikhly ..

Dr. Jacqueline Mikhly grew up in Brooklyn, NY and attended New York University- College of Arts and Science where she received her B.A. in Psychology with honors. She then went on to earn her D.M.D. at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now known as Rutgers School of Dental Medicine) in 2010. Dr. Mikhly completed a general residency program followed by 2 years of pediatric specialty training at Staten Island University Hospital where she served as chief resident. She remains an attending pediatric dentist and enjoys teaching and training new residents each year. Dr. Mikhly is currently a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Mikhly maintains hospital privileges at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ as well as Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ.

She dug out the teeth and slammed amalgam in there . She did not contour or clean the teeth and she even left the teeth attached. My daughter can not even floss through the teeth . She did the whole job so rapidly she was completely unprofessional , rushed , and money hungry. Attached you will see what she did to my poor daughter who now has to redo all the work . I had to go to 2 other dentists to get a second opinion and they were appalled by this work . Later her gums got inflamed because she left the amalgam on the gums .
