They schedule appointments so close to each other, and then they cannot even do a simple cleaning in 1 sitting. They force you to do 2 sittings for a simple cleaning. They do X-rays in 1 day and cleaning in another. They say that the next appointment is due and they cannot go longer. They are more worried about their next appointment then their current one. Just makes you wonder why even go there 2) They do not take most of the insurance and are Out of Network most of the time 3) They tell you fill a paper form with ridiculous amount of information and then tell you fill an online form with similar information. What nonsense is that. That took so much time and then they tell you that the next appointment is due and they cannot do even a simple cleaning on that and you will have to come again. It is like going 1 day to fill forms, another day for X-rays and a 3rd day for a simple cleaning. 4) Since they are mostly Out of Network they enforce a credit card on file. I do not like keeping my credit card on file, especially in this day and age.

I brought my elderly mom here for an…read moreissue with a rash on her back and the young inexperienced PA did not know what it was or even treat her for the condition we came for. All this place did was take her blood pressure, told her it's very high and to go to ER room right away because "she could have a stroke any moment." They gave no medications to help with anything, nothing but fear mongering. She gets anxious at doctors offices which was the cause for her spiked blood pressure. But I took her to the ER anyway and it was a nightmare. 3 hour wait and another needless medical bill all thanks to Chai. They got over $200 from insurance for only checking blood pressure and still billed for over $100 more afterwards ONE YEAR later. No one will ever answer the billing line or return voicemails. I regret bringing her to this greedy shady place. Now, over 1.5 years later they are still sending threatening emails about the ridiculous bill. I am going to look into reporting them to the AMA and insurance company. Please do not go here or bring your friends or family!

First, the minute she got in the pre-op area with her doll the nurse ran to get her doll a mask, socks, and a surgical Just like my daughter head on! Then, nurse Kelly came in and immediately formed a bond with my daughter and had her smiling and giggling the whole time. Then finally the doctor came in and was so kind and patient and soothing. When my daughter woke up nurse Kelly was right there with her playing a song they both knew and they were singing along. When we got home that night my daughter said "I really enjoyed all the laughter today, Mommy!" The procedure was flawless. She is happily smiling once again! The most caring group of professionals I've ever experienced.

Once we got into McOmber dental for about $7,000 . We realized we had been taken. The woman at the front desk reminds me of a used car saleswoman. . We wound up both going to Clear Choice in Woodbridge. The Results were amazing. Clear Choice was very expensive but they were honest people. We got exactly what we wanted. The dentures that were made my husband have been in the garbage for months now. We had to go to someone that knew what they were doing. I guess the hardest part is I thought I was a good judge of character. Shame on me.

My daughter has been seeing him for about a year, and he is still the same funny, pleasant, witty doctor he has always been. He makes every step in the process of braces easy for the kids and the parents. The staff is so friendly, you really feel like they are your family.
