Their x-ray machine was broken one day asked us to come back the next day when it was fixed. We did that and then they told us we needed two different types of x-rays but the other machine was broken so we would have to come back again the next week.An appointment made three months ago and we show up at 9 AM on our day off and the orthodontist is not in and they claim to have tried to call us which they absolutely did not. If the insurance hadn't paid them completely already I would have switched orthodontists a long time ago! This office is a disaster

I have never in my life wrote a review on a business good or otherwise until today. It took over 40 years of my life to get here. This is the worst possible establishment you can take your kids to. They only care about taking your money, nothing else. My son has not seen the dentist since November 2023, we are in March now of 2024. He has braces. They have cancelled the appointment every month so far with an excuse every time and no back up dentists in the office to see him. They just make another appointment in another month and call you the same day to cancel. Every time. We paid for these braces already so they could care less! Do NOT take your kids here!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw Dr. Levintov twice over the last two years for two wisdom tooth extractions. Both times the experience was great. The most recent extraction was super quick, I thought he just started and it was over already! No pain either time! Nobody likes to go to the dentist or oral surgeon, but Dr. Levintov and his staff are super nice and down to earth, you almost forget you're going to get work done. That's a no no and they also said that was only for an exam. Their next appointments for extractions were three weeks later. So six weeks for someone with an infection. I was told about Dr Levintov's office in Howell. Decided to go.instead of making me come in for two different appointments one for an exam and one for the extraction, they told me they could do everything in one visit. I wanted sedation. The office staff was very accommodating,kind, informative, spotless and everything was explained upfront. Dr Levintov came in, he went over my x-ray with me, explained it all and saw that I was very nervous. Before I knew it I was asleep and awake. I had absolutely no pain afterwards. I was in shock. I've had many extractions and always have pain after. You should have no hesitation in using this office. He is an excellent surgeon and someone I will be using in the future if need be.

Then, nurse Kelly came in and immediately formed a bond with my daughter and had her smiling and giggling the whole time. Then finally the doctor came in and was so kind and patient and soothing. When my daughter woke up nurse Kelly was right there with her playing a song they both knew and they were singing along. Kids Dental Kare are disorganized and unprofessional 1)…read moreTwice I as told to reschedule and come again for dental cleaning for kids. They schedule appointments so close to each other, and then they cannot even do a simple cleaning in 1 sitting. They force you to do 2 sittings for a simple cleaning. They do X-rays in 1 day and cleaning in another. They say that the next appointment is due and they cannot go longer. They are more worried about their next appointment then their current one. Just makes you wonder why even go there 2) They do not take most of the insurance and are Out of Network most of the time 3) They tell you fill a paper form with ridiculous amount of information and then tell you fill an online form with similar information. What nonsense is that. That took so much time and then they tell you that the next appointment is due and they cannot do even a simple cleaning on that and you will have to come again. It is like going 1 day to fill forms, another day for X-rays and a 3rd day for a simple cleaning. 4) Since they are mostly Out of Network they enforce a credit card on file. I do not like keeping my credit card on file, especially in this day and age.
