The Chicken Tikka Vindaloo with Chilly Rice was The best Indian food , I have eaten in Months .. The quality was Superb , The food as fresh and tasty as you could possibly imagine , The Chicken was moist and so flavoursome , the sauce "Totally Spot On " , and The Rice pretty much " Perfect" . Without doubt the Best Indian in Rainham . I went back last weekend for another meal , and again the quality was terrific . This weekend i again , will be going back and bringing my girlfriend and her parents looking forward to that !!!!!.

I consider this to be extortionate for a small local Indian restaurant takeaway. The food was okay it wasn't exceptional and if I'm honest, it was a little too oily with loads of vegetables in and not much meat. I won't be going back.

This is also the first placed I ever tried the King Cobra beer which goes really well with a hot curry. Service was nice and quick and the prices were very reasonable.

Sorry Raj Rani but I have to dock 2 stars…read more A recent visit to Raj Rani left both me and my husband quite disappointed as the food just isn't as good as it used to be. 8 of us came by on a Friday night and were seated straight away. We ordered some Poppadoms and dips to start while we waited for our main meals which came fairly quickly. Other dishes our table ordered were Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Madras, Chicken, Bhuna of which I didn't sample as I had my own meal but they appeared to be enjoyed by Hubby's friends. Just because I didn't finish it it didn't mean I didn't want it! Also when it came to paying the pill the waiter also stood by the table waiting while we sorted payment out which I found incredibly rude, it's not like we were going to leave without paying.
