Service tends to be a lot better during the week, especially at lunch times as the restaurant is a lot quieter. Food is good here and the portions sizes fair. If you have a special request (extra hot ect) they are happy to accommodate and they also have a full bar. It does tend to get very busy here so I would recommend booking during busier times (Friday through Sunday). No private parking but there is always space in the car park behind the Cricketers so the walk isn't too far. 3.5 stars overall.

I consider this to be extortionate for a small local Indian restaurant takeaway. The food was okay it wasn't exceptional and if I'm honest, it was a little too oily with loads of vegetables in and not much meat. I won't be going back.

The quality was Superb , The food as fresh and tasty as you could possibly imagine , The Chicken was moist and so flavoursome , the sauce "Totally Spot On " , and The Rice pretty much " Perfect" . Without doubt the Best Indian in Rainham . I went back last weekend for another meal , and again the quality was terrific . By far the best Korma I have had. The recipe does change from time to time but only very slightly. We put it down to a different chef. Naan bread - soft and tasty, Rice - Light and fluffy with just the right amount of seasoning, Chicken - cooked perfectly. I honestly cannot rate this place highly enough and have recommended it to many friends and family. The portions are really big too. Ok, so I'm not a big eater anyway but even my husband struggled to eat all of his on occasions. The service here is always really friendly as well. We always had one of two orders - One for just my husband or one for the both of us and the guy who answers the phone knew immediately who we were and inquired 'just the one meal or two?' We didn't even need to tell him what we wanted which was great, especially as my husband had a special order (Madras with no Tomato, extra potato, extra spicy). Most of the time we would call the order through and go collect it ourselves but every now and again would go for delivery and it would always turn up piping hot - unlike every other takeaways we tried. I think it's safe to say when we next go back home to England this will be one of, if not the first, places we go for dinner!

Now I have moved.... Overall food is 50/50 some nights better than others but I would pay cash just to be sure!
