They made the complicated system very easy to navigate, and helped us find a good assisted living for her. I would definitely use them again. Apparently, my time, income and my Mothe's income means nothing to them. It's hard to believe that a company can be allowed to charge this type of fee and never complete the contractual agreement. I repeatedly called, emailed and left messages and was reassured that the application I had contracted Senior Solutions Consulting to complete would be handled. Four months after signing the contract, I learned that Senior Solutions Consulting had allowed the application to lapse and it had been canceled. I had to hire another firm to complete. This company took advantage of me while I was most vulnerable, struggling to secure placement for my Mother in memory care.

Low rating applies to operations outside of medical staff. Room cleaning only happened when it was requested. No fault of cleaning personnel, they were severely short staffed. Food was decent but getting the order correct happened about 50% of the time. Procurement failed to order correct products, such as briefs that fit. Thank god for Amazon. At home medical equipment was not ordered in time for discharge, caused additional expense and a bad experience. Overall the health related goals were met and went home improved, so if you can deal with the other stuff, might be a good fit.

Representative said that's probably the reason I have trouble getting my test strips. They have a new meter (see my photo). I already had all of my information in their system when I registered my old meter. They always gave me great service by phone and mail. Once again I was quickly provided with a new meter. It arrived in the mail in record time. The meter and 50 test strips were free. They have a very easy ordering service for additional test strips. The cost of the strips is so reasonable I may just pay out of pocket so I don't have to deal with prescription and insurance billing with deductibles. One thing that will be to Roches detriment is my desire to eliminate Finger Pricks. I'm looking into Continuous Glucose Monitors that work using an app and your phone. Medicare will cover these Monitors. Maybe Roche makes one. I'm not sure. All things considered I probably should get a new phone first! Until then I'm very happy and always have been happy using Roche Diagnostics Medical Supplies and Services. It's great to have the peace of mind that I have a back up meter in case mine acts up or dies.
